I feel that the main theme of this drama is untill death do us apart cause they stayed together through thick and thin untill the end its just my own personal opinion ❤️

This was the song being played when Hyunwoo sent Haein to surgery. That scene was so emotional, I cried so much. Haein inside the surgery room calling Hyunwoo's name so that she can't forget. Hyunwoo breaking down after keeping it all in.

Unlike most of the other QOT OST songs where I can find a video of the artists singing the songs, I can't find one of Choi Yu Ree singing Promise. Is there a reason? This has to be one of the best songs on the full soundtrack and there is so much talent throughout.
