i have never been to a concert before this and it was sooooo fun!!! the venue was way smaller than i expected so when i realized how close i was i freaked out a little. i even brought my light stick and used it towards the end of road of resistance when my hands started to hurt from clapping. i miss them already!!!!!!

Absolutely! It was great meeting you too! I didn't actually think anyone would really recognize me, even with my GMG shirt on. LOL Show was amazing for sure. I guess BM and DK are flipping who closes and we got a DK closer. That DK crowd was a lot different, for sure. The BM crowd definitely were into it and I have plenty of video to prove it! I was pretty disappointed that the crowd didn't form a Wall of Death tho. LOL
@@GlassMoonGaming From what I saw in another video of this show that was recorded from the side upper seats, it looked like the crowd was really packed! I did see at one point a small pit during "Distortion", though. But I wouldn't be surprised if most of the people in the crowd are not metalheads, and aren't ready for a WOD or mosh pit! I'm far from being a metalhead, so I as much as I love the idea of a WOD, I doubt I would be in one! LOL

This was well done. The crowd was into it, but like you said, the ones on the floor weren't active. But this song is always beautiful to listen to, and when Su-Metal calls for light to shine, it seems like she wants to burst into tears of sheer joy. I love this video, you did very well. I was watching a video from another UA-camr experiencing his first BABYMETAL show. From his perspective, the crowd looked DEAD. Except for some pockets of people. I can hear cheers though. I want to hear your thoughts on the show BABYMETAL performed and the on the crowd. Place looks tiny too. Like a high school gym. How big is it? 🤘🦊🤘
I'm gonna do exactly that! Funny you say it looked like a gym...cuz it was. LOL It's the Basketball Gym for a small university (Robert Morris University) in Pittsuburgh. Including standing...holds about 4,000 according to google. lol
So, yes but where I was it was pretty high energy. What you need to understand is, having been to several concerts in Pittsburgh; the crowd here is loud, but other than the occasional mosh pit, we don’t put a lot of physical energy into a show. We cheer, we yell, we fist pump. But beyond that we’re more the “sit/stand and watch” type.
@@Hightower1545it's nice to see a positive comment about the crowd - I was there and had a great time. Was it an über crazy crowd? Definitely not. But none of the shows I've been to lately have been - even in Philly. Maybe it's a Pennsylvania thing? Either way, an amazing show!
This video doesn't do the crowd justice. It was definitely NOT a dead crowd. Though I was surprised the floor wasn't more active. The actives were in the stands. LOL Also, I'm guessing because it was so loud in there and I was recording on a phone, some of that crowd noise is compressed pretty well. After going through all my footage, there are definitely big crowd sections that come out. Stay tuned!

My S22 Ultra has served me quite well at concerts so far! Surprising how much better they have become with both audio and video/still shots.

Yeah, DK and BM are co-headlining the US leg of BABYMETAL's world tour, so they are taking turns headlining each show, so DK closed this one.
