My God these people live in complete non-reality. The price of food is outrageous, but it has nothing to do with inflation, it is completely to do with Corporate greed. They took advantage beginning with rhe pandemic and continued through it , then increased their prices further because if the war in Ukraine and they have never stopped increasing their prices, even after all issues due to the pandemic were solved and long over (transportation, distribution and stock) and inflation has been going down for months on end, they are still jacking up their prices (both the stores and the manufacturers/producers), as well as shrinking the size/amount of products while increasing the prices. It's all greed by the Corporations and Conglomerates who have made record breaking profits throughout the pandemic and since, every year. And Biden gets blamed for it but it has nothing to do with him and there is nothing he can do about it. He can do what he can to bring inflation down and he has, but he can't control what the manufacturers, farmers, oriducers, etc charge the people for their products and the massive profits they are making. They are not charging their prices due to or responsive to inflation, they are charging the prices they do because they can, because we consumers have little choice in where we shop, every grocery store is owned by one of like three big comglomerates so there is no competition. Consumers can't say, well, this store charges too much I'll go shop here because they are owned by the same group and are charging the same prices.

If you attended a Bible based church you would hear things like my relatives church’s pastor says, like: “If you consider yourself a Christian, you WILL vote Republican! Because if you don’t vote Republican, YOU ARE NOT A CHRISTIAN!” This is repeated regularly in a hundred different ways, for them, this is a battle of faith, they literally believe “THEY are doing Gods will here on earth and all things are permissible.” That’s a reference to a 1 Corinthians scripture that says all things are permissible to people of faith, which they have re-interpreted to mean all crimes, lies, all acts, EVERYTHING is permissible in the fight against evil.
