Question: Is the +1 to maximum endurance charges in your Chieftain ascendency necessary for the romira tulfall build to work? Does it increase the loop speed? Thanks.
Not strictly necessary, it's just a tad more defensive than ramako. Loop speed is affected by the amount of powerlessness jewels you have, and the amount of spells you can throw out
@@allthemighty The best spells that can be thrown out for this build would be the spells with the highest cast speed correct? If that's the case, for this build, I should pick spells that have the highest cast speeds?
@@davidyu3815 Nah. Specifically, you want to hit as many enemies as possible to get as many power charges from romira's. So good spells would be things like eye of winter, ball lightning, blazing salvo, etc. If you want some spell loop inspiration I suggest taking a look at ward loop, that's currently pretty popular
