    1. Cost per lead is how much you spend to get a potential patient to contact your office.
    2. Acquisition costs is how much you spend to actually get a butt in the chair.
    3. ROI is money made in 6 months on that butt.
    5-10% of total collections spend on marketing for growth consistent 5% or rapid 10%.
    Be vulnerable try different things, measure, keep a call log, connect with people and don’t be afraid to get the right people on the team. Dentistry is a great profession, but business is business.
