@@BloodAngel_San 200 ER in mono hydro is actually excessive... you can go with 150% just fine even if the mobs die early. You better off with more offensive sub stat rather than ER, that's where mono teams shine. having only 31.9k HP in furina is definitely a problem.
Furina is the first character who has made me finally use the game’s Party Setup Page after player for a year and a half. Already have like 5 teams with her.
I find using Aggravate with Yae, Nahida, Furina and Baizhu is pretty good. Because Furina's hydro application is not that fast, I notice it does not interfere with my aggravate reactions, plus she buffs those reactions as well with her burst.
I've been debating getting Furina for my budget Ayaka freeze team but was worried about having to replace Kazuha, so I really appreciate this guide! All of the advice I saw on reddit was "just get Shenhe and Kokomi" so it's nice to have someone looking out for us f2p players.
As someone who consistently clears abyss 12 with an Ayaka freeze (where I can) I assure you that Shenhe, at least, isn't needed. Rosaria works like a charm.

@@Soy_boy-by8ez No, I'm rocking C0 Neuv. Unfortunately, that does mean I sometimes get knocked out of my laser, but the team is so strong that it clears regardless. If you want a more comfortable version, go with shield or interruption resist like Zhongli, Baizhu, etc.
Furina is definitely the first character so far that pushed the boundaries of the meta. Healers were already a staple before in teams, but because of her and her bonkers kit, she made even the most underused healer characters in the game take the spotlight and the most used ones even broken than they already are. This is just my opinion, but Furina set the standard for future characters by being INNOVATIVE and literally game-changing.
@@GReyn While yes it did push the boundaries, it was also new so it was really no surprise if it would change the meta or not. Nahida pushed it further because we really had no other dendro, choices at her release was collei or dendro mc, so she really had no competition. Currently, yaoyao is always a great sub for her, and some teams even disregard nahida and just puts baizhu instead. Furina on the other hand is another buffer, we have other buffers so we must know what makes her special, and thats her kit, which is the whole point of OP: "healers being relevant further". Her being hydro has always been a risk when she was still in beta because we already have so much hydro, buffer hydro? Mona. healer hydro? Kokomi dendro team hydro? Nilou. hydro dps? Childe, Ayato. hydro appliers? Yelan, Xingqiu. instead, Furina turned out to be a mix of all them but at the same time, she was different from all of them, she brought out such a universal mechanic which did not only change how you play the game (Fanfare.), but also added extra opportunities on HOW you can play the game (enables Merchausee for EVERYONE via fanfare).

As usual, great guide Sevy. For me, my team comps are Furina, Jean, Neuvillette, and Zhongli. Furina + Nuevillette for Hydro resonance, Jeam for the healing, and Zhongli for shield.
I am playing a mixed team with Furina, Mona with Prototype Amber for healing and resonance, Ganyu and Yoimiya. It is fun to play, make some freeze, melt and vaporize. So far so good!
It’s surprising that I only got one copy of Charlotte. Also, I got Charlotte AFTER pulling for Furina. Somehow Furina was easier to get that Charlotte 😅
thanks for the video, Furina is really fun to play and have many team comp, she is my first limited 5 start character that I pulled for constelation, took me around 200 pulls to get her C2, now my favourite team for her is mono hydro with Furina/Yelan/Kokomi/Xingqiu
Super loving her, she's already up there in the list of my favorite characters. I mean, the one single thing that shows how strong she is... Is that SHE MAKES DEHYA GOOD. I'm currently using Dehya - Furina - Kazuha - Bennett for basically everything (unless I have to specifically use some elements or a bow character), and I'm having tons of fun. I mean, with the right rotation I can see Dehya's ult punches deal 50-60k each, I never tought my Dehya could reach those numbers. I tried a team with the real Geo Archon too: Noelle with 4x marechausee with Furina. Even there I saw numbers I never tought I could see on Noelle but I had energy issues so I need to reconsider the other two. I Want to try her with Eula as well, maybe Eula - Furina - Fischl - Diona. I know I shoud use Mika as 2nd cryo but then that would mean Kuki as electro but 1) My Mika isn't built because I think he's a boring char; 2) I don't like Kuki so I try to use her as less as possible and 3) I don't think Kuki can exist given Furina's hp drain.
I'm rebuilding my Noelle right now, but from my experience and others on YT, it seems the best way to go about it is double hydro and double geo, something like Gorou/Albedo or even Yunjin, and Yelan or XQ for the 2 remaining slots.

my interest is open world battles and not Spiral Abyss (because i'm rubbish). I'm drifting away from thinking of battles as challenges to destroy with minimum effort, where the pleasure is defeat, to .. thanks to Furina .. thinking of them as dramatic spectacles of interesting interactions to enjoy. Furina brings a lot to this perspective. They are almost dance routines.

I pulled Furina specifically because I wanted to use her with my Venti and Ganyu with Charlotte. Ended up getting Furina’s signature weapon and C1, with Charlotte at C4. Very happy with that. Great video by the way. Your channel is my go to for Genshin and Honkai Star Rail Building Guides

I've been running a budget freeze team with Rosaria main dps, Furina, Xingqiu and Charlotte, and absolutely loving it! Still building Furina and Charlotte, so no idea what it looks like when it's more optimally set up, but the team has been doing solid work for me so far.
Wrio furina yelan and either baizhu or jean both can work is such a fun team comp. My other favorite is raiden hyper carry, furina, baizhu and nahida. It does so much damage… and even hyperbloom still do decent damage as well. That team absolutely shreds bosses in abyss
A fun Furina team I made which I call Steam Furina, uses her, Yunjin, C6 Bennett, and Charlotte. Give Furina Crimson Witch 4pc and use her as on field DPS with Pyro infusion for a fun vape team haha. It’s a lot more fun to use than I thought!
I've been loving Furina. She and Kokomi have been inseparable since I pulled her. Mostly been running mono hydro with Yelan and Kazuha, but now I might finally build Jean and try her as an alternative to Kokomi for some team variety.
I will be trying out your suggested Ayaka team as well as the Raiden one. I also really recommend my personal fav freeze comp Ganyu, Ayato, Jean, and Furina, and I'm not biased in this choice at all.
Furina`s kit is so unique from others that at first glance she seem uninteresting but when you come to understand her kit, gosh darn she`s so good like no cap when I was just building furina im like meh, and opinions of people seem fake to me that she`s good but gatdam when i come to further understand her and better utilize team wide healers, she really does shine so good and on many teams too!

I m currently using the team of Noelle (4pc hunter, R4 grtsword), yelan, c3 healer jean (4pc VV) and Furina... I think this team has a lot of potential
I started saving for c6 hydro archon about a year ago and I'm so glad I did. After we saw Furina I wanted to use her as my main on-field dps so much so was a bit bummed at her kit being mainly off-field dmg and team-wide buffs. C6 lets me use her on-field for more time and buffs her dmg state with team-wide healing which opens up so many more team options. 40 pulls into saving for her weapon at first rerun!
@@Nevergates because you get to do electro charged, vapourise, and overload... All at the same time. And the driver for these reactions will be a full EM sucrose, which will make these reactions do a tonne of damage.
@@arahul4045 Oh yeah? whos vaping on a taser team? Im saying TASER isnt good, not electrocharged. EC is a good reaction, but any taser team would instantly be made better by the addition of other elements.
Was hoping if there was a way to toggle down the screen effect though during her fanfare accumulation. It’d be nice if we could just leave the bottom part. And be able to switch off the bubble frame. I know setting vfx to lowest will do the trick. But it affects all vfx too :(
Got Baizhu on his first run. Thought he healed nice, but wasn’t impressed too much. But now, he is practically in every Furina team I have. He just makes it so easy.
After losing tu keqing at 85 pulls I pulled to this day 80more pulls for my babe Finally I got her after 160 pulls 😢 My mood is neutral not too excited nor sad 😩
Electro charge teams were super strong and forgiving for bad rotation before dendro and with furina electro charge is back. I never deviated from the path of shocking my enemy into submission. P.S - I dont have dendro characters except DMC and collie.
One thing i like is how Jean is part of so many Furina teams. I used Jean a lot for a good while before i decided to switch up my anemo units. I still did use her, only a little less. But Furina has so many teams , i don’t know who to use lol
So, I've been running the Premium freeze comp, it seems. Had Jean built forever as she carried me when I first started the game and had Shenhe from the start (Itto and Shenhe were my first 50/50 pull wins, and I rarely have won since until Furina, lol). Ayaka has been my main since I paid to make sure I could utilize Shenhe's full potential; now, Furina has just untapped the full potential of all three.
A minor addition to the video: A team-archetype that somehow falls RIGHT in the middle of the two archetypes this video covers - Physical carries (so just Eula and Razor+copium). Cryo and Electro will form the core for superconduct. And a healer would be needed to complete the Furina pair. In case of Eula - Fischl or Raiden are great options. I prefer Fischl cause if paired with Raiden instead - Furina usually starts the rotation and Raiden ends it, so she won't benefit from Furina's buff. The healer roll would be fulfilled with Charlotte or Mika but as you point out in this video, Mika is better for the AS buff for on-field NA carries. So Eula, Fischl, Furina and Mika is a sample comp. For Razor - again Mika and Charlotte would form the superconduct core and consolidate the healer role in only one slot, with Mika probably being better for the same reason as above. With Furina, there's still a flex slot left (this doesn't happen with Eula cause of no teamwide healer options with Electro). I wonder how strong buffers like Yunjin would be as the 4th option, but really anything reasonable like Yelan for double hydro should be fine. As is common knowledge, physical Razor additionally requires pretty high level of blood-copium concentration but this double hydro team actually sounds really damm strong to the point where only very small dosages of copium should suffice. I'm not that creative with team building so please suggest any improvements!
I say this falls right in the middle because you will get both Freeze and Electro charge reactions as you play this comp. So when going for superconduct with Furina, you actually get a teamcomp that does all 3 of these reactions - which is moderately cool for now, and would be really cool if shatter actually did something as impactful as its name suggests, or if we just had more physical carries.
Charlotte has been good for me. As a fast team-wide healer, she definitely pairs well with Furina in getting her stacks up quickly. Just be sure to load her up with as much ER as possible, including her weapon. Favonius in the team is a must, imo.
Furina is an excellent addition to my Eula team and the sole reason I pulled her. I have a special relationship with Eula, as in, missed her on her first run as I was taking a break from the game, found out about her kicked myself, and then waited two years for a rerun. Eula hasn't disappointed me since but her team has been lacking. Furina and Charlotte are a big boon for her. Alas I have to drop Shenhe out of Eula team, I have yet to find a good place for her. Might have to wait until Snezhnaya for that.
Currently i use Furina-Yelan-Raiden-Jean and the team just feel so good. With Raiden on the team i dont really have to worry about Furina's ER and equip her with HP% sword instead.
I took a loooong break from Genshin (I stopped just before 3.6, and I got back into it just a couple days ago. I tried waaay earlier on and got Lynette for free but immediately uninstalled because I wasn't feeling it), and when I started up the game, I was really reluctant to start playing because of all the stuff I had to do. I saw Furina's banner (I know her identity, but not her story) so I was like... okay, I'll blow all my current primos and fates (around 7k, with 22 intertwined fates), and if I get her, I'll stop rolling, I'll do all the 3.6 - 4.X content. 20 rolls later and she's sitting in my character roster. A couple days later I've finished 3.6 content and I'm now bumbling around Fontaine mostly for the materials to build her up (but I'm doing the story too, of course). So I'm really thankful for these guides because it feels like I'm jumping back into a world and I kinda forgot how things work here. Gotta admit, my eyes kind of glazed over when reading Furina's kit for the first time. Right now I'm just using her for exploration because her switching "Arkhes"? I think they're called, as well as the abilty to run one water, and her reduction to underwater cooldowns are great. I feel like an old man trying to do something that kids love lmao. Didn't get Charlotte, sadly.
I've been fiddling around with some of the characters along with Furina and I've been enjoying the results. And since I got round to using Kaeya more seriously, I have another team that he can actually work with. The only slight issue is getting Sayu up to a lot more levels meaning I'll have to run around and try to get her ascension materials..... If I can do this for tales of arise and star ocean I can do it for this again lol. All that aside I am pretty glad that the teams you can make do look pretty fun so far and I am excited to see what you can do with her with the other team compositions. Great job as always Sevy!

Dude I started using Ayaka with Furina and Charlotte and Kazuha and it's super fun I highly recommend it as someone who doesn't have Kokomi and Shenhe

It’s crazy how valuable to accounts she is. She reminds me of Zhongli in the sense that she can work and provide value to SO many teams!

Just got her c1 and level 90 today so this helped
C1 is really good, by the time you switched to 3rd character when do team rotation you already can get max stack fanfare even before using healer

I dont have Ayaka so I built a Wrio Freeze team. And boy, he works well with Furina! Wrio-Furina-Kokomi-Kazuha and I enjoy it a lot!

I've been running a budget freeze team with Rosaria main dps, Furina, Xingqiu and Charlotte, and absolutely loving it! Still building Furina and Charlotte, so no idea what it looks like when it's more optimally set up, but the team has been doing solid work for me so far.
Wrio furina yelan and either baizhu or jean both can work is such a fun team comp.
My other favorite is raiden hyper carry, furina, baizhu and nahida. It does so much damage… and even hyperbloom still do decent damage as well. That team absolutely shreds bosses in abyss
Furina+Baizhu is my favorite core at the moment - makes everyone stronger and so easy and comfy to play )
A fun Furina team I made which I call Steam Furina, uses her, Yunjin, C6 Bennett, and Charlotte. Give Furina Crimson Witch 4pc and use her as on field DPS with Pyro infusion for a fun vape team haha. It’s a lot more fun to use than I thought!

I've been loving Furina. She and Kokomi have been inseparable since I pulled her. Mostly been running mono hydro with Yelan and Kazuha, but now I might finally build Jean and try her as an alternative to Kokomi for some team variety.

I also really recommend my personal fav freeze comp Ganyu, Ayato, Jean, and Furina, and I'm not biased in this choice at all.
Furina`s kit is so unique from others that at first glance she seem uninteresting but when you come to understand her kit, gosh darn she`s so good like no cap when I was just building furina im like meh, and opinions of people seem fake to me that she`s good but gatdam when i come to further understand her and better utilize team wide healers, she really does shine so good and on many teams too!
been playing since launch and analysed theorycrafter numbers since the first crumbs of Furina's kit were leaked, but by Nibelung, I'm still going to consume all the Furina content

I m currently using the team of Noelle (4pc hunter, R4 grtsword), yelan, c3 healer jean (4pc VV) and Furina... I think this team has a lot of potential
I started saving for c6 hydro archon about a year ago and I'm so glad I did. After we saw Furina I wanted to use her as my main on-field dps so much so was a bit bummed at her kit being mainly off-field dmg and team-wide buffs. C6 lets me use her on-field for more time and buffs her dmg state with team-wide healing which opens up so many more team options. 40 pulls into saving for her weapon at first rerun!
Furina is actually the first thing to make me feel like taser is a worthwhile team

@@Nevergates because you get to do electro charged, vapourise, and overload... All at the same time. And the driver for these reactions will be a full EM sucrose, which will make these reactions do a tonne of damage.
@@arahul4045 Oh yeah? whos vaping on a taser team? Im saying TASER isnt good, not electrocharged. EC is a good reaction, but any taser team would instantly be made better by the addition of other elements.
Was hoping if there was a way to toggle down the screen effect though during her fanfare accumulation. It’d be nice if we could just leave the bottom part. And be able to switch off the bubble frame.
I know setting vfx to lowest will do the trick. But it affects all vfx too :(

Got Baizhu on his first run. Thought he healed nice, but wasn’t impressed too much. But now, he is practically in every Furina team I have. He just makes it so easy.

Electro charge teams were super strong and forgiving for bad rotation before dendro and with furina electro charge is back.
I never deviated from the path of shocking my enemy into submission.
P.S - I dont have dendro characters except DMC and collie.

One thing i like is how Jean is part of so many Furina teams. I used Jean a lot for a good while before i decided to switch up my anemo units.
I still did use her, only a little less. But Furina has so many teams , i don’t know who to use lol

So, I've been running the Premium freeze comp, it seems. Had Jean built forever as she carried me when I first started the game and had Shenhe from the start (Itto and Shenhe were my first 50/50 pull wins, and I rarely have won since until Furina, lol). Ayaka has been my main since I paid to make sure I could utilize Shenhe's full potential; now, Furina has just untapped the full potential of all three.
A minor addition to the video: A team-archetype that somehow falls RIGHT in the middle of the two archetypes this video covers - Physical carries (so just Eula and Razor+copium).
Cryo and Electro will form the core for superconduct. And a healer would be needed to complete the Furina pair.
In case of Eula - Fischl or Raiden are great options. I prefer Fischl cause if paired with Raiden instead - Furina usually starts the rotation and Raiden ends it, so she won't benefit from Furina's buff. The healer roll would be fulfilled with Charlotte or Mika but as you point out in this video, Mika is better for the AS buff for on-field NA carries. So Eula, Fischl, Furina and Mika is a sample comp.
For Razor - again Mika and Charlotte would form the superconduct core and consolidate the healer role in only one slot, with Mika probably being better for the same reason as above. With Furina, there's still a flex slot left (this doesn't happen with Eula cause of no teamwide healer options with Electro). I wonder how strong buffers like Yunjin would be as the 4th option, but really anything reasonable like Yelan for double hydro should be fine.
As is common knowledge, physical Razor additionally requires pretty high level of blood-copium concentration but this double hydro team actually sounds really damm strong to the point where only very small dosages of copium should suffice.
I'm not that creative with team building so please suggest any improvements!
I say this falls right in the middle because you will get both Freeze and Electro charge reactions as you play this comp. So when going for superconduct with Furina, you actually get a teamcomp that does all 3 of these reactions - which is moderately cool for now, and would be really cool if shatter actually did something as impactful as its name suggests, or if we just had more physical carries.
Charlotte has been good for me. As a fast team-wide healer, she definitely pairs well with Furina in getting her stacks up quickly. Just be sure to load her up with as much ER as possible, including her weapon. Favonius in the team is a must, imo.
Furina is an excellent addition to my Eula team and the sole reason I pulled her. I have a special relationship with Eula, as in, missed her on her first run as I was taking a break from the game, found out about her kicked myself, and then waited two years for a rerun. Eula hasn't disappointed me since but her team has been lacking. Furina and Charlotte are a big boon for her. Alas I have to drop Shenhe out of Eula team, I have yet to find a good place for her. Might have to wait until Snezhnaya for that.

Currently i use Furina-Yelan-Raiden-Jean and the team just feel so good. With Raiden on the team i dont really have to worry about Furina's ER and equip her with HP% sword instead.

i have c6 qiqi (all the 50/50s i lost...) so she works SO well in a furina-yelan-qiqi-kazuha team!!! super fun (yelan is my dps)
Furina made me finally use Qiqi on Floor 12 although I swapped back to Kokomi when I reached 12-3. I used a Double Hydro w/ Kazuha & a Driver Healer.
i use the raiden team but with xinqiu placing the yelan slot, its just perfect
I took a loooong break from Genshin (I stopped just before 3.6, and I got back into it just a couple days ago. I tried waaay earlier on and got Lynette for free but immediately uninstalled because I wasn't feeling it), and when I started up the game, I was really reluctant to start playing because of all the stuff I had to do. I saw Furina's banner (I know her identity, but not her story) so I was like... okay, I'll blow all my current primos and fates (around 7k, with 22 intertwined fates), and if I get her, I'll stop rolling, I'll do all the 3.6 - 4.X content.
20 rolls later and she's sitting in my character roster. A couple days later I've finished 3.6 content and I'm now bumbling around Fontaine mostly for the materials to build her up (but I'm doing the story too, of course). So I'm really thankful for these guides because it feels like I'm jumping back into a world and I kinda forgot how things work here. Gotta admit, my eyes kind of glazed over when reading Furina's kit for the first time. Right now I'm just using her for exploration because her switching "Arkhes"? I think they're called, as well as the abilty to run one water, and her reduction to underwater cooldowns are great. I feel like an old man trying to do something that kids love lmao.

I've been fiddling around with some of the characters along with Furina and I've been enjoying the results. And since I got round to using Kaeya more seriously, I have another team that he can actually work with. The only slight issue is getting Sayu up to a lot more levels meaning I'll have to run around and try to get her ascension materials..... If I can do this for tales of arise and star ocean I can do it for this again lol. All that aside I am pretty glad that the teams you can make do look pretty fun so far and I am excited to see what you can do with her with the other team compositions. Great job as always Sevy!
