Yeah I can see a few issues with that type of a system one your awning will never be able to come out long as that shade topper is on top of your camper to it is just an extremely a lot of work I want to go camping and relax not work I don't mind working on my camper and keep it maintenance but just for a little bit of shade on the top of my roof I think that is a little bit of an overkill I recently put flex armor on my roof due to we had some storm damage my original roof was a certain temperature my flex armor roof was three times under that temperature not for me.
Thanks for the comment. I don't think this is for quick trips, not sure why you'd need to do that. This is for people who are long term. Second, you can easily unstrap the one that goes over the awning if you need to extend it, but for us I almost never put it out due to wind anyways, not worth the risk. It's definitely not for everyone, and they don't claim it to be, but it certainly adds great value to people that DO need it. Thanks for watching!
So far so good! The AC isn’t running around the clock. It’s def still hot being in an RV when it’s summer in TX, no way around it but it has felt like a difference to us. I also like the added protection against hail!! The only thing to note is that we do have to tighten this up after a decent wind storm, but that’s a mild inconvenience at best.
I said Dave sent me, we have used it for over 2 weeks now, it’s saving the animals we have and the Wife is happier. Not in TX yet but just North of ya in Kc Ks. It works- I did use extra straps for the wind factor. Thank you Sir.

How’s the shade going/treating you now? Do you feel any difference?

This cover isn’t going to prevent water leaks, it’s for blocking solar heat
