This technique has been around since forever 😅
Especially since before 2015. I even put it as a "forced" jump in one of my really old maps from 2015.
Silverninja knew about it but also didnt really care to do anything about it.

isn't the same tech used in cg_industry sc? although that sc is hard, but it can be made easier if you do the 360° turn like in that duckslides

Yes, tho this tech on that map is a lot harder than regular, on this gbc map is more easy, dyd_onlime sc also features same dynamic and is not exactly easy but not hard to learn.
