Montemarcello, the Caprione's Pearl

"One of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy", so is considered Montemarcello, the Ligurian hamlet that stands on the top of Mount Caprione.
Once densely populated, in recent decades it has registered a gradual abandonment, but the beauty of the place, the life on a human scale and the great peace that one breathes there, have started to change the state of things.
