Foreigners coming into sg for the purpose of begging should be arrested. The reason for entry is not for begging or even work illegally. If the authorities do not take the necessary actions we will have not only foreign beggars but sex workers etc etc and all these will affect our social fabric in the long term

Law must be maintained, otherwise
‘Ah Beng, Ah Send’ selling tissues or other illegal activities will flourished here in Singapore, gang from both local as well as oversea.
We will have ‘tissue gang’
We will have ‘pickpocket gang’
We will have ‘begging gang’
And nowadays, ‘street scam gang’ etc.
There are many social assistance here to help if one is in need, including foreigners embassies, in this case.
Certain activities needs a ‘license’ to operate here, I believe.

A line has to be drawn between the genuine cases n those that operate out of a syndicate especially foreigners ‼️If it's local residents then MCYS should look into how to assist them without them resorting to tissues selling or other means to survive‼️
