You can get him up to 90% chance to land plus if you use Morgan to put defense down he will have an even higher chance to to put the debuff that you can get up to 100% every 2 turns. Yea he kinda a must for bear. The Florence did you get from pvp have a perma recovery disruption that lasts the entire battle even if he dies. But he comes and storm and it does not damage so I think Accolon is the superior pick. Oh but your never going to have him damage like Kay plus he has no aoe. but for bear fight he is a god.
I see what you're getting at with the damage, but if you put them in exact same set of gear (atk/crit), kay smokes this dude every time and its not even close. Her self buffs and TM gain are massive. Accolons skills are all utility.
