Runners take on the Philadelphia Art Museum steps as temps soar

Philadelphia is under a heat advisory, but that didn't stop a few brave runners and joggers from getting a workout in on the Art Museum steps early Tuesday morning. CBS News Philadelphia reporter Ross DiMattei has more on how local communities are trying to beat the heat.
