Id say the Thrustmaster T16000, cant really go wrong with it.

Cheapest & also decently good one is T16000M, that is if you only plan on flying WW2. X56 is the cheapest for combat jet flying in DCS & VKB, Virpil for the best quality flight sim peripheral out there
