All restaurants and food are generally included in the cost. The only exception I’ve found is that some resorts may charge extra for premium items, like lobster or filet mignon. In my experience visiting many resorts, those are the only additional charges I’ve encountered.
No, that costs extra. I wish it was included, I would definitely take advantage of that. At some Breathless & Secrets Resorts, if you stay in their VIP club (Xhale club for breathless or Preferred club at Secrets) they will give you access to the Hydrotherapy area in the spa. You will have to look at the amenities to see which resorts include it. I don’t believe this one does. Safe Travels!
What food is included in the all inclusive? Is every restaurant free or what do you have to pay for.

Was it very windy there all the time?
We went in July and it wasn’t bad at all. We had a couple days where it was a little breezy, but it didn’t last all day. It actually felt pretty good.
