I’ve made thousands of these. Good recipe for the cheese sauce but the cheese is overpowering the taste of the steak by putting on too much.

My only complaint: if I go to this restaurant and I see that, I’m leaving. Need to have a Finger Cot on, my guy. No way anyone is prepping food up like that. Regardless of how great the food looks, that’s still a sanitary boundary crossing, my dude.
