    Yesterday I had my first comp. I've done 18 weeks of the intermediate 2.0 leading up to it. Had a small break in between to get it in line timing wise. For the comp I also used the attempt selection. I love them both! Comp went great! Tomorrow I will start the program again for a comp in November. I especially love the instructions the come with both the program and attempt selection. I've really learned a lot about power lifting this year. Keep up the good work! You are truly awesome!!

    Hey Bryce!! I love the intermediate 2.0, definitely one of the best free programs online. I had a question about it tho, any reason it is 9 weeks long in particular? I would love for a 12-13(ish) week long version, i feel like that would be money!!

      Hey great question! We felt that most intermediates don't need 12-13 weeks between testing periods and actually can make substantial progress between shorter time intervals. While there's nothing wrong with waiting 12-13 weeks, an abbreviated training cycle allows for progress and keeps attention and focus, too

    I wanted to get a custom program however at the moment I have a slight niggle in my leg and Lat. Would it be beneficial to have a consolation with you guys first to talk about how to progress my lifts

      (Excuse my English am Arabian) Believe me you had became very famous here in Arabian powerlifting community because of your beginner program and the intermediate and your knowlgable videos because of dahab powerlifting channel maybe you can just make a single video every month it will be great and useful for powerlifting community it's getting bigger every day please come back and don't give up the powerlifting content need people like come back don't care about the likes you can market your programs and get money from it
