Such waste to energy plants are needed to be established in every state capital in India. Waste is piling up and there is a dire need for electricity. Such plants can solve both the problems.
Gasification is the best option. Gasification companies don't burn trash, instead they turn into a synthetic gas, in a process they say is both economical and eco-friendly.
This synthetic gas can then be converted into a wide variety of end products like electricity, diesel fuel, hydrogen fuel, or ethanol, depending on whats most valuable in any given market.
So you need to add oil to burn it?
This is why Telangana was offering Kitex Sabu big concessions to put up his export unit there without any thought worry about waste management system and its' expense.

Please make documentary on Telangana villages ...state govt started a program called palle pragathi for villages and pattana pragathi for towns ...in villages we have a tractor for garbage collection daily ,we have a village park , nursery , vaikuntadhamam(graveyard) ,clean drinking water under mission Bhagiratha scheme , Haritha haram ( Telangana created 56lakhs acres of forest in last 6years source:central government recent report in parliament)

Maybe 1st time in India Bharatbenz compactor trucks are used to carry garbage instead of normal dumper trucks. You can't smell garbage as they pass on the road, very efficient. Hope more cities replicate across India.

Bro I understand that China is doing a Great work in Infrastructure. But I need to explain something to you. Firstly don't get disappointed when India is not building things fast and at that Scale as China. The reason is that thier GDP is 5 times than us, of course their Spending will be More too, that's how they are able to Build Extensive Road Network, High Speed Rail Networks, Massive R&D, Massive Urban Planning, and Vertical Development of Urban Areas, Defence, Space, Bridges and Tunnels. All of this comes from Money and Time. First thing China has been ignoring time, and spends Money all the Time, you might have seen Massive Ghost Cities of China where almost nobody lives, they are an Absolute waste of Money, Believe me it will take at least 40-50 years to Fill up the Ghost Cities. Skyscraper is also Something which seems very Fascinating about China, it has the highest number of Skyscrapers in the world, almost more than Half of them are Completely Empty, it will take another 30-40 years to Fill them up. The thing is when have less Money you value it, India builds what is needed and doesn't spend on Projects which will benefit only after 40-50 years Later. Be patient, first we need to Improve Manufacturing and Service sectors of India, to create Jobs, and more and more Possible to make Womens do some Job and Money Earning work as well to Increase GDP. Build Basic Infrastructure, like we are already Doing, Delhi Mumbai Expressway, Western Dedicated Frieght Corridor, Eastern Dedicated Frieght Corridor, Upgrading our Ports etc. We will be ahead of China one day, build this Confidence 💪🏻🇮🇳

They are dumped into an ash pit and generally recycled into road pavement products. The ash is also made into tiles and bricks.

It is a pan india problem. The moment I land in mumbai. It feels I have entered a giant dust bin. Last time I was at hyderabad I spoke to the welfare association of my colony to invest in nilkamal garbage collection bins and employ one person privately to maintain these bins. A very few people were ready .. they say it is the governments work. Most of them do not have an understanding about waste disposal. Better educate youngsters. Old people can't be changed. I wrote to GHMC commissioner to levy heavy fines like almost 1lakh per household to keep they don't keep space in front of their house and colony clean. People should be punished severely for not keeping their surroundings clean.
