- Today I am making the Chipped Chopped Ham BBQ Sandwich. This is considered the best sandwich in the Pittsburg area. Friends of mine from Pittsburg would rave about this sandwich. Let's see what it's like.

4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard powder

Isaly’s chipped chopped ham bbq is a Pittsburgh staple. The chipped chopped ham was the leftovers from the deli ham that was cooked and compressed into a loaf then shaved. The here’s lots of recipes for the bbq. One of the simplest is ketchup, vinegar, mustard powder, sugar and cayenne pepper.
That's right! I'm from Pittsburgh and as soon as I saw the title of this video,I immediately remembered going into Islay's stores to get chipped ham and Klondikes.
