The empty slot is flexible, you can put whoever you like.
Tho my recommendation is:
For slot 1, you can put 1 more guard instead of chameleon to tank the last dmg from boss (Z6-4) in the last turn.
For slot 2, it's depend on your team, if you're using leaf based dmg dealer like me, you can put golden monkey if you lack of dmg since she will give lot of instant leaves that will further boost caracal miracle so your dmg dealer (in my case montain hare) will have more leaves.

Z6 - 4 was my nemesis until today hahaha ^^ ty, but I would die not knowing that oryx could be so good! :v

Yeah, that boss is sure annoying because you can't burst em down or brute force by dealing massive dmg directly to the main body, and those debuffs is also painful, not to mention that the boss is also hitting hard because our def is reduced by a lot 😔
It's a good thing we haven't encounter this boss in raid 😂 (back then i still remember this boss was cancelled and replaced by other raid boss, maybe they couldn't balance the boss hard mechanisms 😂)
And Arabian Oryx is actually pretty good imo, she can be a semi AOE dmg dealer because of her 2nd habits haha

This boss on raid would be a mess, like the "sand guy" haha 🤣, its a pitty that my Oryx its not upgraded , i'm trying with owls combo, so far no good 😅
edit: Made it! 😎 Shoebill >> Hippo >> Alpaca >> White Faced Owl + Hippo Miracle >> Elephant >> Arai - san(Racoon) for cleanse the poison. Done many many tries ... hahaha 😅
