"Our small mid controller for Bass, BMC has been renewed! The BMC2 has an added gain boost switch that provides +10db of gain increase at the input stage. With the added volume control, unity gain can be achieved or with the gain boost engaged, you can add up to +6db of volume. In addition to the previous midrange boost and cut, it can now be used as a clean booster or as a preamp with a wide range of tone control. Furthermore, it is possible to generate 18VDC by a built-in DC-DC converter in BMC2. It is a able to select 9VDC or 18VDC by an internal Dip Switch."

I know this is an old video.. But I noticed that all your vids have a great deal of low frequency sub-harmonic breakup.. Which is possibly due a tube preamp in the Mesa, Mic placement, Mic signal clipping, Speaker breakup.. Mix of some or all, But an awful lot of either mic signal clipping, Preamp tube overdrive, And/or speaker “cone cry” doesn’t sound the best.. Plus it really doesn’t give an accurate sonic picture of an eq, preamp, drive pedal etc..
5 years old video...
Hello sir..
I'm a jazz bass user..recently I joined a metal band...it's really hard to cut trough the mix..
And I hate the sound of distortion pedal..
Will it help?
probably! metal J player here, one thing I did that really helped was wire my bass so I could switch to series wiring. lots more body than the stock parallel wiring!
