For some reason, I can only enable power saver mode on Windows server on my Surface Pro 2017. I don't have the power saver option on Windows 10.
My laptop has to get charged for like 5 hours but easily drains battery like only for 30 mins..
man when i plug in my Tablet RCA windows 10 with USB wire and i play game on it while charging the battery decrease instead increasing how come?

Not directly, but the more power cycles you go through (would happen quicker when using more power) reduces capacity.
