Yep, piano on hifi is the hardest to sound like a live performance.
if streaming use a lossless source like Apple Music.

They have significantly improved the speakers from the first iteration... as far as pricing goes I don't know what the initial pricing was but the smaller speaker seems like a great value

This is not the case at all... these speakers are one of a kind. over 100,000 hours have gone into the production of these speakers! they are very impressive

Different. I have a Walsh V. The Ohm design makes the bass and midrange omnidirectional, but still uses a directional tweeter unit. Bose depends on REFLECTED energy to produce an omnidirectional wavefront. These speaker create an omnidirectional wavefront from its source. That being said, I have never heard these speakers, so can't speak to how effective their methodology is or how good the speaker sounds overall.
