WHY GACHARIC SPIN DOESN’T TOUR THE WORLD MORE…. WHAT I SAID: Imo, GS is so varied in musical genre and presentation historically that maybe record companies, execs, etc. don't know how to handle them. Plus, the West seems to want to pigeonhole artists and want stylistic "integrity"...Bowie did not have that and admitted it...and was/is HUGE. Plus, women are expected to have certain images and GS has broken every mold. The first image breakers that I fell in love with were Janis Joplin, Grace Slick and Patti Smith. I have said that GS has an underlying Punk attitude and their only commitment to integrity is their love for each other, the fans AND ABSOLUTE EXCELLENCE. FROM SOME COMMENTS THAT I LIFTED FROM ANOTHER REACTION PAGE. Wonderful band! I personally prefer their (and Fuki's) side project Doll$Boxx, but GS are brilliant. Unclassifiable, really...they can be pop and prog in the same song! Phenomenal band - such a wide variety of music from jazz, funk, punk, rock, etc. - they can, and do play everything with utmost superb musicianship and showmanship - at the top of my list to see live for sure. Btw, you two are so Great Together. Instant fan.
honestly of all the "all lady bands" that are in Japan or anywhere else .....these ladies...Gacharic Spin ...are just absolutely amazing ! they can make you move....make you smile...and make you have tears ! i love alot of these lady bands but no other band has hit me the way these ladies have! i mean for instance this song I WISH I ....after learning the meaning of the song i cant hear it without getting tears! you can hear and feel the emotion! they are my #1 for sure !
Gacharic Spin, with their level of musicianship emphasise how it does not matter that they do not sing in English for the most part . It is the same with the Wagakki Band. Quality music crosses international boarders. It also is a bonus how the Gacharic Spin lady's perform their show. I would argue with this song in particular, even if they just stood at their 'station' and played, it will still be worth paying to see.
Nice reaction, this is a masterpiece by Gacharic Spin and one of the best songs of 2021. I would also recommend MindSet from the same album (MV or live) with a different style and mood.
Fun facts: Angelina 1/3 (Pink haired singer) didn't even know how to sing when she joined the band. They taught her everything in the course of 3-4 years. One of the bands biggest strengths is their vocals. All the members can sing for the most part. With the exception of FC Koga. (Bassist) She is working on it though. But they love to swap vocalists at seemingly random times during a song. Even during the same vocal line.
Actually Koga discovered her singing in her highschool talent show with her acoustic guitar and she was a former child actress/model but quit in middle school after her dad died from an illness.

Japanese , however, aren’t comfortable with words that end in a consonant (excepting n of course) so the band often refers to themselves as gachareeca spin In order to please their largely Japanese audience…
Great reaction and this is one of my favorites (along with Mindset). Their recent album is, in my opinion one of their best (and all the others also great). Thanks for doing this one, this is a special band, but here in the West, not well known. The energy you see in their live performances is off the charts.

There are many other bands that put on a great show but when I’m rating energy levels my scale goes from 1 to Gacharic Spin.
