I ordered the king-size cot from Furniture Street on December 3, 2022, and it has still not been delivered to my address in Chennai. Customer service is very negative/ everything we should ask from sales executives, Don't waste your valuable time here. The price point is also the same as T-Nagar. Few furniture's they are ordering from outside of the shop, so don't think that everything you see in the video is correct. If you have plans to purchase multiple items, then it may be beneficial.

Paid full money 15 days back for a sofa cum bed. So far 3 times they voluntarily called and said the unit will be delivered, but big disappointment, so far not delivered. Don't know why they call and intimate the unit will be delivered and do not fulfill the promise. Multiple people handle the customers for delivery but none to take full responsibility. Very poor service. Not a dependable place to shop.
