I'll just say that Bayonetta 3 really made me realize how much I took B1 and (to a lesser extent) B2 for granted. Scarborough Fair was the only thing that got me through this game because it was the only enjoyable moveset for me, this game wasn't hard just unfun. This was a nice run though, awesome job!

Some people may disagree with this, but I liked the combat system in this game (probably it was my first bayonetta game, yes I have played to bayonetta 2, haven’t played 1 yet). Demon masquerade and demon slave are my favorite things to use, they’re such cool concepts and enjoyed it. My only problem is the story, it’s kinda meh. And the viola sections are hard for me because I was used to the “dodge enemy attack, activate witch time”,but having to parry is very difficult for me. (Because of the timing for me.) Viola’s gameplay is still fun besides that little downside.
I actually thought the game was pretty good. Of course everyone has their own opinions but I wouldn’t call it “trash”, it just took a different direction people weren’t very accepting of
@@countyhare Gameplay is one thing, but I'd say story was objectively pretty trash. The exposition is frontlined, and the plot repetitive. All of the most nonsensical elements are not explained at all in the story and are limited to the codex, and most often while it's explained "what" they are there's no "why" or "how" to justify it. Viola is superfluous and who's skill gameplay is dissonant with her clumsiness in cutscenes, and her passing of the torch (even if it doesn't stick its clearly what this story is depticting) is entirely unearned or at least arbitrarily earned. The romance with Luka is unearned and Luka's previous characterization devalued due to their retcon. Finally Bayonetta, or rather "this Bayonetta" is lacks in the energy of her predecessor and her entire plot as a theme of her failing to greater and greater degrees.
@@vadandrumist1670 Exactly, there's too many holes in this story and their excuse is the multiverse thing. I don't get why games are using multiverse as a storyline for their games now. MK11 did the same thing and that story was just utter rubbish. There's a lot of work that needs to be done for this game, and story, but unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen.
@@MrBlackboy21ful Yeah and i really dislike the realistic models and art style they tried to go with, the chars genuinely look so weird in cutscenes and sometimes their facial expressioms are animated weirdly it gives uncanny valley, and ingame bayo and jeanne look like middle aged women in their late 40s💔

So when I first finished three, I went back to play one (twice) and two right after it, just to come back to three (yet again). While the first game is definitely the most pure experience in regards to mastering the skill in order to get the most out of the gameplay, the second game is way more forgiving than it's predecessor. Having said that, I though the second game to be the most fun out of the three, while the first one I enjoy most for it's sexiness and campiness. Having played three, after I revisited both of the other games, I have to the say the gameplay felt pretty off. Having no dodge offset right from the get go (and only if you get the pistols unlocked from one and two), the hit detection, camera settings, and the delay input make this one feel pretty inferior in regards to the gameplay in my opinion. The story on the other hand I feel is best thought through in two. The only praise I have to give bayo 3 is in its accessibility and music. I love the title song and I think it's great the chapter selection and verse selection is so well though through
*Small edit: There is dodge off set in bayo 3, what I meant to say of course that you can't keep on pressing the punch and kick buttons to keep on shooting with your pistols
People saying this game sucks are just kinda wrong, yes this game stinks in certain places but it is action candy to its finest and tbh that’s enough to make a bayonetta game a good one for me, the story of 1 and 2 are hyper-convoluted messes but that works in the games favor, bayo 3 is a game that was probably scrapped and remade 3 times, leading to what we got in stores and the story was bad when it wanted you to care about it, and that is the biggest crime a story can commit. Other concerning decisions like jeanne not being playable through the campaign and the camera but beyond that, it’s still a blast, just skip the cutscenes lmao, and if you can’t just leave the room for a bit

0:36 HELP bayonetta with Jeanne's dress 😭😭
I genuinely want to know how jeanne is able to keep that fur coat on her at all times
Magic.
By wearing it
ok but like how is she preventing it from falling off her shoulders which the only time they did that was when she got knocked out by the kraken

Good work, thank you very much for making this mod, I very much hope that Jeanne will appear in the Bayonetta 3 storyline and give you a thumbs up
But I'm not the one who made this mod .__.

I love how that demon just did a kamehameha outta nowhere
Amazing love the Jeanne mod
Yeah it looked cool
Umbra witch powers are crazy, new one just dropped that allows you to pierce your arms through your coat without leaving any holes
I love your content keep up the good work
Great Videos!❤

Don't agree with Hellena saying to boycott this game. But she did have a point now that the game is out. It's trash. Thankfully I didn't buy it

I would love to see B1 Jeanne and B2 Jeanne instead of Bayos at the end.
Breaking News, someone has modded Bayonetta 2 to make Balder playable in the campaign. Would you kindly do a playthrough with him?
