I'd really only use this farm for totems. It only gets a little over a stack of emeralds per raid, which seems slower than just trading. And a good witch farm can get way more redstone and gunpowder way faster. Good farm though, ill probably build it.
From 1.21 not all raiders doesn't spawn at once. Like before when u start a raid in a raid farm all the raiders start falling at once. But now they took a huge time to finish all of the 5 raids 😅.
@@BasicRedstone Like the previous raid farms before 1.21.2 used to go way higher because there was no raid-spawning cap. However, in the update 1.21.2, mojang added a height cap which is Y: 96, so raids cannot spawn higher than Y: 96. So I was wondering if this new raid farm (below Y: 96) is as good as the previous ones, and if they're the same, then why did people used to make the high ones and not this one if this one is easier
@@NicolaxGo no, this is nowhere near as efficient as the old ones without the height cap. the lack of height cap allowed you to stack multiple raids and increased drops severalfold
rates not applicable as you have to manually drink the ominous bottle every time the raid is complete, but you can see the results of what you can get for each raid completion

This raid farm is awesome. The material list is so easy and the raid works insanely well! I’m on 1.21.3, I definitely recommend this farm!
how do u avoid evokers, cuz mine my evokers summoning so mobs like the little thing that flying how u avoid that?

you can add more storage as long as you spawn proof it

Yeah the raid mechanics were changed and nerfed, at least this design only takes 4 minutes to complete the whole raid :)

When you activate the raid farm, only 5 illagers appear and no summoners appear, so you cannot obtain totems. What should I do?

Built it exactly to spec, but they're not falling into the hole and its taking upwards of 10 minutes per wave. Any ideas?
make sure the farm is built from the ocean level and that the villager is in the right spot with the barrel claimed as the job

Double check the spawning platform is facing south and east and spawn proof any extra blocks you've added at the bottom with buttons/glass
