Luckily my daughter has adjustable weights.. used tights as my glut band tied tightly !necessity is the mother of invention. As I move within days of my 72 birthday have yesterdays session reserved for my actual birthday .Always do a Sydnet w/o on my birthday. Have a good day everyone and keep exercising!

I really feel like sydney was talking directly to me in the post workout chat - I pushed up to my 40lb barbell for glute bridges for the first time today but I have such a hard time outside of the workout sticking to portion sizes for dinner to stop over eating bc I'm bored or just snacking while watching tv. I'm trying to get that under control so I HEAR you sydney and I'm working on itt

Good morning Everyone! I took my rest day yesterday due to having to take my son to a follow-up appointment, so I just crushed this leg and glute workout!! I loved it and pretty sure I hit muscle failure, but it feels so good! I definitely will be stretching later! Have a great day!!

💪🔥Flex day 3 (today was my first Flex day for this program). It was therapeutic physical, and mentally. I have to rest my upper body and PT for my Achilles!!! This was perfect!😮😮
Glutes and hamstrings on fire! Had a hard time figuring out the hamstring curls but instead of skipping it. I paused the video and got it done!! That’s my dedication and more for today. Thanks Sydney!!!!!!
I've made it! It was very hard but I'm so proud of myself for finishing it. I have bands and adjustable dumbbells and I had fun adding more weights or half way reps for the last round of each excercise. Thank you Sydney for the massive effort you put everyday in this journey!
That was tough! I usually work out in the morning at 5:30 a.m. but did that after work instead......I most certainly enjoy the morning time much better! But - it's done! Check the box!
