Hi , I am working as an RN @ Texas. I came here in 2022. I passed nclex and ielts in 2007 and applied for USA. It took almost 12 years to come here. To process the visa application the priority date should be current. For indians it is year 2012 now, means those who applied before 2012 can only process the visa application. So it is not as easy or fast. you can check the priority date on the visa bulletin published by USCIS every month. Please do more home work before uploading videos. i worked in Manchester foundation trust (MFT) before coming here. I have many friends, who work in IT sector, they came here in H1B, Their spouse cannot work.
Totally agree. I have worked in the USA on H1B for 4 years before moving to UK. Now I have permanent residence in UK. The only reason why I moved out was the long winded permanent residency process in the USA and inability of spouse to work without EAD. Other option for spouses to work in USA is for the main holder to come on L1, which most do not prefer as that visa does not allow job switches as H1 does.
@@sathyian007 Who says? H4 holders cannot work in USA unless they have an EAD. And EAD can be obtained only if the H1B holder has an approved I140. It is not an easy process for which you respond 'Yes, can work'. Anyone who can spell USA knows this.
Thank u sathyian chettaa 🥰
