- Welcome to my spot report from Greece, namely from the thermal spot Agios Nikolaos, just off the island of Lefkada. There are several great windsurfing and kitesurfing spots here, but I like Agios Nikolaos the best. It has great beginner conditions, a lagoon with super shallow water and a working infrastructure thanks to Idas and his great beach bar. But just have a look for yourself.

@@3asylife do you recommend Tarifa for beginners?
@@manouchehromari2483 Tarifa is not a really beginner-friendly spot. The problem in Tarifa is that the wind usually blows hard, but on the other hand you almost always have wind there. I think Lo Stagnone in Sicily is a top beginner spot.
Super Info! Wie läuft das denn so mit der Fähre? Und wie lang habt ihr benötigt für die Anreise?
Hi King Kong. Danke für das positive Feedback. Anreise mit "Camping on Deck" war super. Wichtig! Früh buchen und am besten über den ADAC. Hinreise von Köln nach Ancona = 12h / Fähre= 17,5h / Igoumenitsa nach Lefkada= 1,5h.

Liegt Agios Nikolaos nicht auf Kreta?
Ich glaube gefühlt gibt es ein "Agios Nikolaos" an jeder Ecke in Griechenland ;-) . Mein Spotbericht ist auf dem Festland kurz vor der Inselzufahrt nach Lefkada (deswegen zählt er auch in anderen Berichten unter Lefkada).
