Awesome moment captured at 1.00. Great film you have done here. I don't know how the you tube algorithm works but sure lots will like this if it catches their eye. Good effort on your run and on this film. Best wishes.
Hi Nigel, thank you so much! It was a slightly scary moment crossing that rocky natural bridge. I discovered it while out on a run with @KelpAndFern (who pointed it out to me). Thanks for your kind words, and all the best!
This is stunning footage! I can feel your passion in running this trail, you have found a gem trail! Running the 100 must have been life-changing in a place so wonderful!
This is incredible and absolutely beautiful.. i regularly walk my little slice of the welsh coast path but nowhere near 100 miles! What a lovely video, thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching. We're blessed beyond belief with the WCP. I am always grateful to be able to walk or run along it. Keep enjoying those trails wherever your little slice may be! :)
Diolch 🙏 and thanks for sharing so many cool and interesting facts and locations on this coast with me. Looking forward to hitting more miles along here with you and Ots!
I've never run in Pembrokeshire before, but it does look like a stunning place for running. Loving the production of the video along with the drone footage, well done 👍
Thanks Martin. Likewise, I haven't done any running up your way - but it's on my radar. So many great peaks and mountains I wish to explore. Keep well!
Absolutely beautifully produced Sean! I have never been to Pembrokeshire, but it's now on my bucket list for sure. Congrats on accomplishing your 100 mile adventure.
Thanks Sage! If you find yourself this side of the world in Pembrokeshire drop me a message so we can go run some trails along the coast (or the mountains!) And thank you - I absolutely loved running that 100. Onward I go!
Great video, I live in Pembroke and I've walked most of the path from solva to amroth and now I'm back to running (a little bit). My favourite place is the Preseli's too . Great videos.
Hey Matt, thanks! It's a brilliant part of the world. I was just up in the Preselis earlier this afternoon. I hope the return to running has been good!
I'm so pleased it had that effect on you Paul! Wales really is a magical place for me. Beautiful coast, countryside, and of course the mountains too. If you ever make a move over this way I would love to get in touch and do some running.
Wow, that is a beautiful area to run. I want to run in UK someday. I would like to do the Montane Spine race in the next few years. Thanks for sharing.
It sure is a spectacular coast line to run. Thanks for watching Richard. Now the next question you'll need to answer is which version of the Spine Race - Winter or Summer! I hope you get your chance to give it a go soon. All the best!
It is a stunning coast line isn't it Olga! Thanks for dropping by and watching. You'll be pleased to know (if not already!) here in Pembrokeshire we have some excellent hills for fell running in the Preseli hills, which lead down onto the coast path too. Worth exploring sometime if you haven't already! Search "The Preseli Beast"
Watching your video made me feel like I was running alongside you on the Pembrokeshire coast path. Your perspective as an ultra runner added an extra layer of beauty to an already stunning landscape! Amazing drone view! 👏🏻 Have you ever encountered any unexpected challenges during your runs?
Mihai, I always appreciate you watching my content. Thank you. Yes, weather changing from sunshine to rain to hail multiple times over! I now always bring good gear and a survival bag. And coming down off those small mountains in the distance of that rocky coast shot, I went off trail, lost it, and ended up in thick knee high bracken and thorny vegetation. Lots of prickly bits in my shoes after that! Thankfully nothing any more serious though 😂
Thanks! I hope your wife succeeded in meeting her goals with the 50 miler! I was out there supporting some friends in both the 50 and 100 distances last weekend! Conditions were great.
@@trailrunningforlife Thanks, unfortunately she had to pull out. She had covid two weeks earlier and she came out with rashers and bruises on her legs. Looks as if it got the better of her this time. She loves an Ultra and it’s her first DNF.
@@LevTours64 Always next year then. That's bad luck, but a 1st DNF is a good thing, it can help soften the blow of any potential future ones in this case.
If I could hit that like button multiple times I would mate. This is a superb bit of trail running videography!! I'm going to start promoting your page video's like this needs to be seen by every trail runner in the world. PLEASE keep doing what your doing! I have something I would like to ask you "off line" via a direct message or email. How can I contact you?
Phil - that means A LOT! Thank you for your kind words. It was hard work collecting all the footage over a year or so, and then choosing which bits to actually use! But I love the process so much, it's all worth it in the end. More than happy to chat - drop me a message here and I'll respond asap with my actual e-mail address: trailrunningforlife.com/contact/

great running tour, thanks for sharing
You couldn't ask for a better, more varied place to run. Thanks for sharing 👍🏻🏃♂️
Thanks for watching Mark. Yes - the variety is one of the best parts indeed! I hope the training is going well for you this week. Keep well!
This is amazing! I've got a personal plan to run the UK coastline in upcoming years. This'll be an amazing part of it!!
Rory, that’s a brilliant goal! It’ll be a fair bit of logistics I’m sure! Thanks for watching, and all the best for the ultra this weekend 👍🙌
Amazing shares new friend 💙💛🕊️🦋💛💙🕊️🦋

Great short film dude! Loved the spacing between shots, all had time to breathe, lovely narrative and you can really feel your love for trail running!
