mate the problem is not the software installaton . the issue is correct driver installation and make the interface communicate with the SOFTWARE & VEHICLE

You have to follow all the steps from the video. So far there have been no problems installing the software. A couple of them reported to me that they had problems with the driver installer, but they solved it by downloading special drivers from the Internet.
