I have yet to work glass but continue watching because of how well the videos are produced, and for when I do get it all together- I’ll at least have a running start.
Very fine craftsmanship. I took a look at their website. What a wonderful assortment of tools. Not only are they made in America, but in my state as well. Great things come together if we work together.
Honestly, bringing new tools to the market is so powerful. This kind of cross-pollination with the Italian masters only serves to enrich our community and bring more knowledge and capability to every glassblower. I know for me, as a beginner, Dustin's work has had a huge impact on my abilities. It's really great to have someone try to make all of their knowledge and experience so accessible. Thanks a ton for all your hard work.
Have been wondering where i could get one of these. Thanks for the great video, explaining the tool. Definitely would put that to work. Thank you, Taglia for creating this wonderful equipment for us flame workers!
Watched you use this tool for years absolutely amazing use of this technique I've wanted to grab one of these for years and now it seems in closer reach than ever keep up the great work dustin
I'm super green at this trade but man!!! You are like the Yoda of this art! I have watched so many of your videos, tutorials and many other people's channels! I love to learn and challenge myself to create something new or improved that makes me happy from head to heart. I really enjoy watching you so content as you're creating your heart's art. I also am grateful to you for your openness about your diagnosis and how cannabis helped you along your journey which contributed to you being able to engage fully in this art of Glassblowing! You not only get to shine bright on camera while doing something you're passionate about and CLEARLY gifted to by some entity, but you are humble and caring enough to share your gift with us. Congratulations on your school endeavor too because that's huge! Anyway, I'm rambling and sound like some crazy fan girl but I am a fan and I really just wanted to say thank you and keep shining.
I've been on the torch since Jan 2012, Been following your content ever since i've picked up the torch. I still catch myself rewatching some of your older videos. Every time i rewatch i always learn a new technique, or i pick up on something that i might of over looked. Keep up the great work man! I'm super grateful for everything that you do
i get so excited when i see a new revere video i would love to use the blowtube i just started literally got my torch up and running today and im excited for my journey on the torch and i appreciate u for all the knowledge u give through these videos much love!
Very cool to see you and Taglia working together to build this great tool for boro! Keep it up Dustin, we appreciate all the info and knowledge you share with the world!
Your videos have been very helpful along the way gathering tools, equipment and techniques I’ll be able to use when I finally get everything together. Only a few more tools and I’ll be ready to blow, I couldn’t be more excited!
I don't work in boro but use Italian blowpipes with soft glass. A great look at this new blow pipe and other tools from Taglia. Finally a North American supplier. I watch Revere videos all the time because many of the techniques can be transferred to soft glass. I was fascinated by the nqala rod turner and would like to know where I could fine one. Keep up the good work.
Check out Mike Peterson or @nqalhainfo. So many of the techniques are transferable in both directions. I originally learned in Murano and studied classic furnace, glass also
Man this is awesome! I bought a blowtube from you a while back, its one of the coolest tools in my drawer, simply because of the history behind it. Without these videos i would have given up long ago. I appreciate them!
So excited and proud to see you release this tool! I know from previous classes you've been planning for years to make this tool available. It's been wonderful watching your journey over the years, and exciting to see you continuing the journey. Thank you for all you bring to the community.
Nice blowtube! My son started watching you years ago as he was recovering from meningitis. Your videos and the beginning of his glass journey because of them gave him a reason to get out of bed each morning. The migraines and frequent ER visits could have made him quit trying... but your gentle, encouraging teaching style helped him push through. Thank you.
@revereglass I think it's important for you to know that you've made a difference. It was a very rough time and I can't tell you how much I appreciate all the videos you've produced. Thank you.

I have one of these mini blow pipes from Carlo Donna and I started off using it but then I hit a limit because I can only do so much material at one time. It becomes an issue of trying to keep the metal blow pipe hot enough and also heat the mass of glass glass to do a three stick blowout. As great as these are I’m starting to prefer a glass collar over these metal pipes. If you’re absolutely dedicated to using this and trying to increase scale . I found it’s good to get the hole started in the blowout with this remove the metal blow pipe attach a clear handle and then puff the rest of the way through your knuckle.
This would be such a convenient tool to have in the studio!! It’s amazing Taglia was able to work with you on these blow pipes! Taglia is located in Indiana if I’m correct. Being in state, I should definitely support the local tradesmen!
I've been looking for something to replicate your solid color blow out technique for like 8 years now lol so happy to finally see a tool for the purpose! Congrats!
This is a wonderful looking tool! Definitely takes the bench game to a whole new level! I’d love to get something like this for the on the road set up! Never have to search for a blow tube again!
You know where I would want to use this tool? For furnace pulls! But it would have to be longer. Awesome video as always and that nquahla... Just the future of glassblowing 🔥
I only have one Taglia Tool so far, & that is my scoring tool, which i absolutely love, but id love to be able to afford more of their products one day! Their new bench rollers are nice as hell too, & id love to buy your new blow pipe soon as well! It looks very nice!
I would love to use this to learn how to make blowouts! I currently make pendants, marbles and would love to expand my skills. Thanks for inspiring me to get into glassblowing!
Love taglia tools, the scoring tool is one of my most useful tools ever! Curious if the metal blow tube gets hot farther down the handle if you’re using it for awhile? I would assume since it’s all metal it would conduct a lot more heat down the handle?
I can finally use the sluggers I’ve been hoarding 😂😂🔥🔥 my first attempts didn’t end well and I just put them in the chest till I learned how to use the and now I do!🙏🙏🙏
Well, that’s like blowing it out on a clear tube but with an Italian flare! You said you were gonna show us how to pull some tubing from that, but I didn’t see that, I would like to see a video on how to pull your own tubing❤😊
Love your videos. Great camera angles everything is clearly shown and you explain everything so well its easy to follow along. I am just getting started in this art form and am loving it. I cant wait to try blowing some glass right now i am working doing implosion marbles and pendants.
Very nice! Might pick one of these up. FYI, got my garage sale items, most excellent! I was missing the torch tip for the lil smith though - I reached out via email so no worries! Thanks again.
This looks like an awesome collaboration tool! This video showed me a new way to create tubing and I’m sure it’ll help me along my journey of learning to blow glass. I’ve mainly been watching your videos, they’ve helped me pick out a tourch and kiln and the basic tools that I have now. This definitely has to be a buy for me in the future sometime! Keep up the amazing work and content! I love this channel so much amazing content to learn from! Thank you for sharing your knowledge from your experiences 🙏

Long time watcher first time commenter I love the videos and techs it helps tremendously here in Texas keep up the great work! But I had a question as to what the “inqualla” is. I have one of those blow tubes from Carlo Dona. Do you happen to know if his is also usable for boro? I have used it a few times for soft glass, but started working boro all the time and forgot I owned one. Thanks for sharing that technique.

How do u get all the glass off the blow tube? I really like this
It ends up cracking off when it Cools
Love your videos they been a big inspiration for me. Would love to learn how to use a blow tube to make coil pots!! then I wouldn't have to buy any colored tubing, I'll just make it myself.🔥
Exactly!
fire tech!!!
Sick!!! So nice!
Thanks!!
How do u get the extra glass off the blow tube?
I like to put it under a Taglia tool rod rest. The cracks off as it cools. The rod rest helps keep the glass from flying away.

How can it be that the glass inside does not flow together? The glass should push out the air inside?
If you have a little hole ahead of time, it makes it much easier to pop the initial bubble

How would that be useful? I think most people don’t know the details of Crystal making.
Honestly just what I am more familiar working with lol, I suppose glass and crystal doesn't make that big of a difference in the statement. I feel like that would handle the heat and weight of a nice chunk of glass, plus it's reusable lol
