I met a Sucrose in Coop who did 32k dmg per skill use. She was not only doing a crap ton of damage but was swirling and allowing us to do more damage as well. At some point of the fight I had to stop attacking and just watch her go to work. It was mesmerizing seeing a character so commonly affiliated with the support role put out that much damage. That one Sucrose player single handedly inspired me to build a dps Sucrose one day. People don't understand just how strong she is... but I do Sucrose... I do

I doubt it was me because I don't play co-op much but I built a Sucrose DPS that does similar damage. She's really fun to use and I never get bored of her
Heres what I would do with this team: Barbara-main dps Sucrose-normal em build Thoma-shield/er so I can have his burst for vaporise and Diona-shield/heal So its a vaporise team.
Technically the best rotation would be (1)Diona's Burst for additional EM buff then shield (2) Barbara's NA for hydro application (3) Sucrose's Skill then Burst for Swirl (Elemental shred and EM buff) (4) Thoma's Skill then Burst for Pyro Application (5) Barbara's Skill then Charge Attack. Shimenawa Barbara for DPS Barbara is scary with this comp actually.
I would've built sucrose full em and let her "main dps" by swirling thoma's ULT and abuse the 200 em increase from diona C6. Barbara would be ok the clam set. I'm not sure how consistent vaporizing with Barbara would be with Thoma due to ICD.

Tho I don't see it working without a good hydro battery (namely only xingqiu so far I think) cuz even tho you don't need her burst for damage, the atk bonus doesn't proc without the energy available to get eaten up, but I think you had something else in mind no? Edit: also know that thoma's burst doesn't proc with purely charged attacks. I would know aha...

Well she is an EM bot, her dmg shouldnt be high generally. Sure, if high investment and other stats she might do decent dmg, generally as an em bot her dmg Isnt too big tho
Not trying to be offensive or rude but- She's exactly what Moga said unless you give her A LOT of attention, and even after that using Kazuha or Venti with less attention would do quite a bit more damage
I'm surprised you didn't give Barbara the Kokomi Set/Ocean Hue, I accidentally turned my Barbara into a sub DPS while farming the other set for Albedo, so now she heals my characters while passively doing 20-30k every few seconds- But yes, Sucrose is an insane support/damage dealer as long as she can get reactions going, I love her so much
@@user-iu3kz4hc5s Yee, I use her E and then attack a few times which also trigger's Albedo's skill damage. So maybe "passively" wasn't the right wording but it's pretty easy damage while keeping your team alive :D
Moga, you need to make an updated Ganyu god mode now that you have Amos’. Despite it’s ATK main stat, it’s still Ganyu’s best and charged shot numbers are ludicrous with it. I’m getting 41k blooms currently with only the ult buff against an overworld ruin guard while with Harp I only get ≈ 30k or so, as a comparison
You'd be surprised at how I deal with my characters because whomever I need friendship for that's whom I use on my daily commissions; one team I had which I recently had to change because Xiao hit F10 the other day was 2 bows, 2 polearms - Shogun, Sara, Aloy, Xiao and Xiao has now been replaced with Choungyun. I have no issues having wacky teams to do commissions and the like with - just have fun and mix things up. The meta will be ok. Not everything requires it.
Same here. I have 3 main team in the team option and a random one for dailies that changes every week. This week/month, I'm running/raising Taser team with Ayato, Beidou and Fischl for gaining companion exp.
I like to play with all my characters, but not all of them are built. What happens is i use a team of 3 underlevelled characters and try to take on an enemy. Sometimes they make it, sometimes all 3 dies and my regular dps has to step in.
When I started playing Genshin I pulled a lot on Standard and actually got my Kaeya and Amber C6, and I had no idea they were actually supposed to be rare lol. Lisa is my only starter not C6
The problem with using Thoma is that he steals reactions A better support for VV Hu Tao team is Amber, her burst lasts 2s, so she can't steal reactions
@@tsuki1606 correct! But not as often as youd thing. Maybe every 2-3 autos he does, but since hutao has no icd on her charged attack you can play around it. Thats why i typical run him with yoimiya. But moga uses hu tao :) Sadly amber is (imo) only more impactful once she gets her c6.
That's why he's underrated, the only characters that he can perform best and have the most value in is with Hu Tao and Yoimiya. And even then with these characters, diona and zhongli is a really popular choice since they are most likely already built when Thoma came. I've used my Thoma solely for my Hu Tao (Hu Tao, Xingqiu, Sucrose, Thoma), don't get me wrong, it's one of my favorite teams, considering that Thoma is a really cool character personality wise and design wise.
Jared San Jose I do something similar, hutao xingqiu Thoma and ninguang with prototype amber for sub burst dps/small healing for hu tao and he works just fine sure sometimes he’ll steal a vape but most of the time it doesn’t make a difference in the long run. Plus his shield offers résistance to interruption which imo is way more important for hu tao then actually having a beefy shield. I have diona built but I use thoma instead cuz diona can still get tossed when u have her shield
I really like these random team videos! It's always fun to see unique character combinations, and it's a lot of fun to watch you trying to learn a new playstyle. Something I think I'd like to see tho: I notice whenever you do these videos, even though some of these characters were previously built, because you just use the same handful of artifact over and over, the actual building part of the video is kinda glossed over. Since you do always seem to have around the max amount of artifacts allowed, why not try a video where you try to build decent sets for less often used characters using whatever fodder you have on hand? It just seems like a waste to have 1000+ artifacts and then only use the same handful of god-rolled artis, versus compromising on a few decent-ish sets. I don't know about others, but I really like artifact raising videos!
any elements work for destroying the orb thingy, just a bit slower than electro. i’ve never bring any electro character to fight shogun and i just spam ayaka normal attack or any catalyst user i bring with me :D

When I just want to have fun and try something different, I have my level 60 Sayu and my level 40 Thoma duo the world, doing commissions and non-boss stuff. Probably would've had Ayaka, Ayato, Raiden and/or Kazuha on there if I had them
the raiden fight reminds me of the first time i fought primo geovishap without a shielder it took over 30 minutes. my team was keqing, yanfei, sucrose, barbara, and i was ar 25 or smth
A full EM talentless Sucrose easily does ~6k swirls, which is a lot better than some characters normals, and thats without the other reactions. She can also trigger melt and vape with the correct setup, so she's definitely not just a ''low damage support'' but also an amazing driver ;^)
C4 sucrose can be a pretty amazing dps for a 4 star combined with moga having 3 elements aside from her and thoma's only speciality of consistent pyro application finally put to use, with diona's shield getting close wouldn't be a problem and Barbara can be the second element applier for sucrose with her hydro ring. Plus give Barbruh clam set and she'll do a lot of passive dmg

Sucrose is best used as a taser driver or in sukokomon ( sukoko requires people to have more than one functional brain cell so hard for me to use that lol ) Sucrose xingqiu beidou/yae fischl Sucrose kokomi beidou/yae fischl are pretty cool teams
Sucrose can be fitted in any roll in the party, people use her as a support more because of people make huge investments in her from her huge boost of EM. Sucrose main dps is amazing especially when at C4 which pairs well with Kagura's verity when you use her on-field more than the others. You can use Thoma as a sub dps with 4pcs Emblem, his support roles naturally comes from his constellation anyway. Diona and Barbara healing but Diona with 4pcs milelith and Barbara with Ocean clam and TTODS As a Sucrose main myself, eventhough she is "weaker" than kazuha and Venti, but she still deserves the love of the ones who care about her, and she's far more stronger than others in us who mains her ^w^
In this team your main damage source would probably be from Sucrose and Thoma's Burst. Dude actually have decent multiplier, it's just so spread out (about 1700% + 33%HP total @ 15 hits) and doesn't snapshot. Nobless Set would be better for 1. Amp his own damage and 2. Amp everyone else in the party, plus the attack buff doesn't disappear when he goes off-field.
I feel like with this team you could probably do the girls as supports (have sucrose's ult absorb hydro from barbara and use diona's ult so you can freeze your enemies, diona focusing more on shields as well instead of healing cause there's barbara) and then do phys dps thoma it might be interesting if ever someone wanted to try it out! *wow haha a thoma main suggesting main dps thoma, who would've guessed*
barbara has a really high charged dmg multiplayer. i built her with shimenawa and she can go way up to 41k on pyro hypostasis (with bennet's burst), 20k usually on a burning status every chara can be a good damage dealer and this video also confirms that
Honestly, the most surprising thing in this video is Moga not knowing about the Staff of Thoma thing. Poor Thoma has been so neglected that Moga doesn't even know about the memes...
If it were me, I'd probably focus all the resources necessary for a dps barbara for this team using her charge attacks. She has good CA damage. Sucrose with an Full EM build for vv support. Thoma would be on a dps build just to help out barbara on dealing damage. And Diona maybe on a hybrid dps/shield build idk really. Then again, that's just if I were to have this team. Full dps build on everyone is still good as long as you rotate constantly and efficiently with everyone's skill and burst. Not that it works every single time.

I found out that any fp team can be good if you sacrifice a slot for a C6 bennet and someone being a pyro dps, currently am on qiqi, works pretty well

Barbara with clam deals 30k AOE damage every 4 seconds. That's good enough to clear everything up to floor 11... not max stars but a win is a win!
Honestly, thoma is underrated imo. You can use him with hu tao and be able to proc VV pyro. Might help the dmg and free your zhongli up :D

Use a catalyst to break the orb in the one-shot raiden attack. They can three-shot it and you'll be safe :)

If use Thomas burst and Mona basic she keeps applying vaporize u can do it with Kokomi, Barbara and any catalyst user except pyro catalyst users.
Dps Diona with the amos bow while Sucrose is there for anemo(tional) support, thoma for I guess extra shield against pyro because Diona's shield is weak against it, and Barbara for freezing and healing

Sucrose main dps is amazing especially when at C4 which pairs well with Kagura's verity when you use her on-field more than the others. You can use Thoma as a sub dps with 4pcs Emblem, his support roles naturally comes from his constellation anyway. Diona and Barbara healing but Diona with 4pcs milelith and Barbara with Ocean clam and TTODS
As a Sucrose main myself, eventhough she is "weaker" than kazuha and Venti, but she still deserves the love of the ones who care about her, and she's far more stronger than others in us who mains her ^w^

In this team your main damage source would probably be from Sucrose and Thoma's Burst. Dude actually have decent multiplier, it's just so spread out (about 1700% + 33%HP total @ 15 hits) and doesn't snapshot. Nobless Set would be better for 1. Amp his own damage and 2. Amp everyone else in the party, plus the attack buff doesn't disappear when he goes off-field.
I feel like with this team you could probably do the girls as supports (have sucrose's ult absorb hydro from barbara and use diona's ult so you can freeze your enemies, diona focusing more on shields as well instead of healing cause there's barbara) and then do phys dps thoma

barbara has a really high charged dmg multiplayer. i built her with shimenawa and she can go way up to 41k on pyro hypostasis (with bennet's burst), 20k usually on a burning status

If it were me, I'd probably focus all the resources necessary for a dps barbara for this team using her charge attacks. She has good CA damage. Sucrose with an Full EM build for vv support. Thoma would be on a dps build just to help out barbara on dealing damage. And Diona maybe on a hybrid dps/shield build idk really. Then again, that's just if I were to have this team. Full dps build on everyone is still good as long as you rotate constantly and efficiently with everyone's skill and burst. Not that it works every single time.

just using Shenhe to provide cyro and making Kazuha swirl would probably make more dmg. Any depending on 5*'s for dmg is even more copium
