I think if you're riding a Sportsman 570 not beating on it through the mud is a good four-wheeler will last a long time take good care of it
sportsman 570 is always a good choice
Needs Upgraded Axles (stocks suck lol), Winch, Rad Relocate, Snorkels and a Clutch Kit FOR SURE. Or your gonna burn belts in no time. Would be awesome to do a exhaust and tune upgrade too.

This is a good 4 wheeler indeed, however the statement about using your high Beam to just turn the handle bars to spotlight something and at the same time still have lights shining forward, is false, as you cannot have both low beams and high beams on at the same time, UNLESS you were referring to the LEDs being on with the high beams?
b b you can with a relay mod.
The SP models have a larger stator and on high all 3 lights are on for high beam. I have the 2018 570 SP.
really nice bike shown here. I have a 2018 sportsman 570, and this is how i want to build mine. Need to get the bumpers, and a new set of tires for it and she'll be looking good. Might go with some 26 inch or 27'' zillas instead of the outlaws.
@705Sportsmanx did you need wheel spacers to put on the 27's? my friend has a new Yamaha grizzly 700, and needed spacers for his wheels because his winch was in the way
@705Sportsmanx thanks for letting me know. I wanted to know for sure before i went and ordered my wheels.
28 will scrub a little..this unit is a demo to show what can be done to a sportsman. the set up as is ..is reliable..no need to alter gears, etc.. Polaris offers the Highlifter edition that has the factory relocated radiator, and factory snorkel among other things to make it mud ready.
Do you think 27 black mamba lites would fit on a stock 570

I have a 2015 570 sage green and I mounted 27" radial reptiles on it and they do not rub when you turn but the back ones rub just a little bit when you hit a hard bump but like I said it barely rubs on the black part of the rear fenders but if you where to adjust the back factory shocks in the back and raise them up one more notch it should be ok but I didn't do it to mine because it barely rubs and where its rubbing at its not leaving a mark on the fender and its not doing any damage to the tire so yes you can put 27s on it with no problem buddy. I love my machine and the 14" wheels that I put on it made a world of difference in appearance .
Can you fit the 28 outlaw 2 on the sportsman 570 without a lift
theres. I would recommend keeping it around the same diameter that's on the sportsman video
outlaw 2's = AXLE SNAPPERS! upgrade your axles if your gonna run them

I would buy this if I was a sucker. I would not tell anyone it was like the high lifter 850 or rzr.
Hey mate Polaris in video looks like a top machine👍 I'm looking at maybe buying the 570 ute I'm from Australia and a lot of people here say Polaris have motor getting to hot issues. Can you shed any light on this for me and I understand everyone can see this message so any feed back would be muchly appreciated. Regards Mick
Getting hot isn't a issue at all. there's always going to be someone that has something negative to say about something. There is a reason Polaris is on top...
Reviews I have a 2016 570 and it burns my leg. Don't let them lie to you. Other than the heat I love my Polaris
I believe there is actually a recall to fix the hot leg situation call your local Polaris dealer for info
The heat issue is on your inner right leg getting a little hot because underneath the plastic on the right side where your right leg sits at that's where the exhaust pipe sits at. They have a recall to change out the plastic or adding a heat shield but as the motor getting hot, that's not a issue. Now if your radiator is clogged with mud then it'll run hot and that happens with ALL the machines. I have a 2015 and I have NO problems except for my right leg getting a little warm but not so bad that I would go to the dealer to get the free fix. Good luck buddy.

Sweet bike. But are you serious? Why would you not need a clutch kit in an automatic? Shows how much these dealers know.
Exactly what I was thinking.... because it is an automatic, that means it actually has two clutches, a primary, and a secondary And with those huge tires on there, it should have a clutch kit, as well as a gear reduction installed. Another thing, it is running the stock front and rear differentials... With the increased angles from the lift kits, these should be upgraded. Also, it's a shame to have a nice bike like this set up for mudding, but not have a rad-relocator kit or a snorkle kit on it. This is a nice start, but his has a long ways to go until it is completed. And for the love of christ... WHERE IS THE WINCH??? LOLOL I couldn't even imagine buying a bike like this with no winch on it. I will say this... it is one of the nicest 570 Sportsman projects that I have seen started... But it does have a ways to go before it is actually mud worthy.
The warranty probably void when those axles break from being over stressed by the over extension and massive tires.
what about clutching?? I would pay ur price if it had a full clutch kit..
y is the battery in that very bad spot,that's a Deal Breaker.
gregory mandile it's not an issue. Tits recommended that you don't go in water higher than the floor boards. The battery location has never been an issue..
What brand name lift kit is it and how high of a lift is it and can I buy it through you? Maybe in the video you said what brand it was and I didn't catch it so please for give me.Thumbs up on this video bud.
the lift kit is "Highlifter" it's a 3 or 4 inch lift..

I have seen many videos where people are in deep mud and the seat just floats away. It seems they are not very well secured. any info or opinions about this?
Mark Meffan the seats when correctly placed will not float. that's on them.
