I had so much hurt inside of me and didn't know how to properly deal with it. I promised myself I was going to pop Xanax until I didn't wake up. I eventually missed a couple days and immediately started to withdraw and had a stroke on my girlfriend's kitchen floor and fell into a coma for 29 days. I am now approaching a year of being pill free on the 19th of March. Life is so much better. If anyone is struggling with that kinda shit, I beg you to reach out for help or at the very least just give sobriety a chance. Things can and will get better. You're worth it. This probably isn't the place but I just couldn't stop typing this comment once I started. Much love to anyone reading.
