Yes, the Great Smoky Mountains are truly this amazing. Must experience! I hope to go again. The Shenandoah Valley has been kissed by God.
Beatiful deep mountainous woodland. Couldn’t ask for a better landscape
It is amazing how these beautiful mountains resemble to me the Carpathian mountains in Europe.
Greetings from Slovakia.
I live here. The smokies are the range of life. Just beautiful here.
I have been to the GSMNP a bunch. The Townsend,TN entrence to the park is 20 miles from my house. I can't get enough of these Mountains.
I've been to many mountain ranges. some are higher and more spectacular. but none are more beautiful. there is something about the southern Appalachians. the peace the tranquility. these are gentle mountains. great vid.
I was in 2nd grade when I went to the Smoky mountains. I remember my aunt twisting her ankle on a root 😂😂😂
🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️ I’ve been here , it’s so beautiful 😍 relaxing 😌
Off the charts beautiful and so so clear , that ax100 is amazing !

Amazing. Hello 👋 from Russia. Welcome to Russian Putorana, Altay mountains, Caucasus and Baykal
On each weekend in the 60's we trekked from UGA to Cullowhee, NC, to visit the wife's mother. Up through SC to the NC border then up to the Eastern Continental Divide at Cashiers then down. One of those back roads usually had no traffic for 32 miles, no lights, no cars. I had those roads memorized. I crested a small rise knowing a quick hard turn waited on the downside.
Already downshifted and on the brakes I was ready for the turn, but it walked in front of us. Sauntered if you will. Tail out straight, filling our lane. A catamount. Not extinct as most supposed. Mountain lion by another name. I was able avoid it. My mountain girl, my Smoky Mountain wife for 60 years, was asleep and never saw it.
Beautiful!
Fabulous..............
Breathtaking!... stunning images of our magnificent planet.
Superb music also... very peaceful & relaxing! 💕
Glad you find the music well fitting this magnificent nature
Best Regards :)
Amazing HD quality. The most detailed I have viewed yet in 1080p.
yeah, when 4K is downconverted to HD the quality is usually better than most HD cameras can provide
Beautiful!! Beautiful!! Very Beautiful....★★.
Amazing Job

Smoky Mountain Adventures More than glad to share such a memorable experience :)
Best regards !
love the music..
you have found a way to see the world coronavirus free thank you. your videos are awesome I've seen them all tom Regina Canada
Very nice. Thank you.
thanks for watching!
The beginning and ending views of the Smokey mountains were breathtaking - the massive grey/purple/blue shapes covered with mist. Like paintings. Now i understand why they have inspired artists and musicians.
The rest was also most interesting, the waterfalls and the vegetation which Wikipedia says causes the fog ("the vegetation exhaling volatile organic compounds, chemicals that have a high vapor pressure and easily form vapors at normal temperature and pressure").
All very fascinating. Once more I feel enriched watching one of your excellently put together videos. The music enhanced the pleasurable experience.
I think I saw some wood anemones in the forest in one shot? We have them all over our forests in Sweden in the spring.
+Leif Sodergren Many thanks, Leif! My first 4K video, got lucky with the clear weather, in fact there was a storm several days earlier and I thought the weather will be nice, found last minute deal on the flight
Leif Sodergren I live here. I can tell you there is nothing on earth like a smoky mountain sunset. the peace and tranquility you must experience it.
I'm going camping up there in June for a second year. I've gone every year since I was a kid (usually in the winter). I never get tired of it tbh
Os parques americanos são muito lindos!
That was Beautifully done! I really enjoyed your photography & music, Thank you!
K Kates Glad you enjoyed it, my first in 4K :)
amazing
just as I said: simply admirable.... thank you, my friend :))
Many thanks as well :)
Hello Milosh... I have been watching in reverse order many of your outstanding HD videos of mostly the American SW. I see this video is several years old now but still an enjoyable experience along with the serene music. I am from New England, so this area is in my neck of the woods, so to speak. In my opinion this is a good video, but not a spectacular video because of the mid-day extremely harsh sunlight. In video as well as photography, it is all about the light... I wish I could have seen this at the " magic hour " both at sunrise & sunset in order to see the waterfalls in all their beautiful glory rather than the blown out highlights from the harsh sun, same applies to the native mountain laurel in the under story of the trees as all that lush greenery is washed out due to bad light... I think you have already taken this into account on many of your latest videos which are truly " Spectacular "...
Thank you for all the time & effort I can clearly see goes into making these videos for all to enjoy...
Bill Farr @ WGF Studio53...
Your observation is right into the point! I am trying to get some of the impressive scenes around Sunrise and Sunset (there are some in this video too) but unfortunately my time at these locations is quite limited, so I go around and film during the whole day, and some parts unavoidably appear in the video at harsh midday light ....
Thanks for your comment! Cheers :)
this touched my soul. simply admirable. Thank You :))
Thank you, my friend
Milosh, good morning! Your videos let me be amazed. Again and again. And enrich my days. The "Thanks" go to you :)))
beautyful water falls beautyful woods
ramalingam india is
5:40 look at the water marks on the rock over to the left as the camera pans up, there is a "very" distinct face within that water spot, hair and all...there is more faces but that one is absolutely amazing!!!
Maine Woods Paranormal - FINALLY!! Been waiting forever to find someone commenting on the "nature faces"! Everyone chalks it up to pareidolia, but the consistent facial symmetry and alignment I find time and again is uncanny, and, well, right in front of my face. There are tons of pics/videos in which nary a face can be found, meaning my mind doesn't trick me or create them. When I then stumble upon one of those eerie, piercing eyes in a photo, examine it more closely, and discover a hard-to-miss face (usually accompanied by others) I know I'm not cuckoo. If it's there it's there, if it's not it's not... I've been blown away and baffled by this for a few months now, and the abundance is astounding. Ironically enough, I can't see the one you mentioned for the life of me. But as you said, there are others.
Awesome place i was there a week ago, cycling from Cherokee to Newfound Gap
+Cornelius Maximillianus Wonder how does it look in the winter :)
Amazing Places on our Planet There was no snow at all but it was chilly
I'm from there!
Excellent video. I can only imagine how this same video would look with the fall foliage. My son and I have hiked many miles in the GSMNP and we love looking at the old cabins and buildings still left.. I am curious as to where that little shed at 4:23 if located. I would love to get some photos and measurements of it to make a reproduction. Thanks for posting!
Victor Burk That place is on the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. There were one or two larger buildings behind the camera. Will have to check my old footage and pictures to see if I can locate the place exactly
The most sacred area of Mother Earth!
Lol, the music made me cry...
This is awesome, I've been to the smoky mountains two years ago and it was amazing. Didn't bring my camera that time though, haha.
Remember Denis Martin. Missing without trace in the GSM national park
You can clearly see in many shots the young trees reforesting these areas. The colonial era settlers harvested the old growth trees and many, oddly, were shipped back to Europe, since by the late Middle Ages many parts of Europe were deforested (especially the UK). Fossil fuels like oil and coal saved many, many trees. Many of the areas where the trees were harvested were then farmed.
It will be hundreds of years before these woodlands return to old growth type forests.
Didn't know there was such a thing as 4k.
It is getting more popular and in a couple of years almost all TVs will be 4K
Even the ones that currently are not? Wow, that's hard to believe.
Would you mind telling where you took the video at 3:05? I'm planning a backpacking trip and I'm trying to choose the best spots.
This is shot form the end of the Chimney Tops trail, one of the popular trails in the park, you can easily find the information for it. It is also on the park's map. About 4 miles rt, from a parking lot on the Newfound gap road
Awesome. What's the title of the music?
+al ensley please check in the video description, I always list the music there
jharkhand ka koi v jgh isse bhut acha hai 🌄
❤☀️🌹
How do you like the camera? Wide enough for you ?
It has wider angle (29 mm) than my old Panasonic TM900. There are wide lens adapters, I might get one for some special cases. The camera is great and the footage is better than what you can see on YT, because of the compression applied for the streaming
Amazing Places on our Planet I wonder how this would look on a glidecam. Have you ever considered?
David Niedbala Not yet. Would be too much effort to carry, with this 4K camera I added tripod with floating head, for movements I use the Warp Stabilizer in Adobe Premiere Pro CC
Nice, If you ever pass threw the Buffalo/Niagara falls region, I own a Glidecam and would love to test it out on your camera.
Love the channel too! Subscribed!

👍
Unfortunately the actual Chimney Top is no longer accessible because of fire in 2016. A truly terrible loss due to negligence,
+Jonathan Mulberry yeah, read about this, it's a pity...
what is the name of the CD and can I get it?
+LaVerne Reams please check the video description, the music is listed there with link
Lol I'm the right now right by Gatlinburg tennise
Hi,
Could I have permission to use your video for a song I'm doing? I will give you full credit. Thank you in advance.
via email pls
What is the best time to visit the park in your opinion ??
I visited in Spring, but the common advice is to go in Fall during folliage, but there will be many people and traffic, so try during the week, not on weekends
Thank you for the advice.
Said A Honestly, I'm a local...and any time of the year is great. It really depends on what you want to experience. Come in the Spring if you want to see all the beautiful flowers and plants coming to life. (Like Dogwoods) Come in the Summer if you're looking for a humid experience and play in the creeks. (If you like rock hunting, I do, Summer is nice. I've found lots of arrowheads and cool rocks.) Come in the Fall if you wanna see the beautiful colors of the trees and the leaves falling. And come in the Winter if you want to get a sense of what it might have been like for explorers during the icier pasts.
It can be crowded at times...but there are some places to get into the park easier that most tourists don't know about. Like going in through Wears Valley. Townsend is even a little easier than say coming in from the side of places like Gatlinburg. I live closer to Townsend and that's the way I usually go in. I love that area of the park anyway. It's right next to Cades Cove and Tremont. :) Hope I helped.
Said A I might also add to that about the Winter season. Winter has become quite strange for us here. Never know really when it's going to snow...though obviously, given that it's higher in elevation...it sees more snow on the mountains than in the valleys where the people live. Also, what I said before about "getting a sense"..is really something I like to imagine when I'm there. In the Winter months it can feel quite desolate in those mountains...it gives you a feeling that you're all alone.
I was reading earlier about it's early history and why it's so diverse. This is a quote, but I found it really interesting. "The Great Smoky Mountains are among the oldest mountains in the world, formed perhaps 200-300 million years ago. They are unique in their northeast to southwest orientation, which allowed species to migrate along their slopes during climatic changes such as the last ice age, 10,000 years ago. In fact, the glaciers of the last ice age affected the Smoky Mountains without invading them. During that time, glaciers scoured much of North America but did not quite reach as far south as the Smokies. Consequently, these mountains became a refuge for many species of plants and animals that were disrupted from their northern homes. The Smokies have been relatively undisturbed by glaciers or ocean inundation for over a million years, allowing species eons to diversify."
I live there. Late Oct. Early Nov. Take the drive to fontana dam then onto 28 along the little Tennessee river cross the state line NC to TN then onto the foothills parkway. Between fontana dam and the TN line and ran across maybe 3 cars. This is the best way to beat the crowds. Don't go towards Ashville and Gatlinburg go towards Robbinsville around the western side. No crowds or traffic . Just beautiful.
I can share your video on my channel

There's no such thing as ultra HD
Great video, but didn't care for the music, dulcimer or acoustic guitar would be more appropriate... :-)
