Another decent-quality one with subsidiary dials. Chime is in-tune, but a bit basic. To get a fabulous deep-toned, slow chime, you need to look out for a decent longcase clock. Again, various qualities - a few hundred quid to a few thousand. 🤣Oh - and ceiling height to consider.
That's what I'm trying to say: save up for a triple fusee gongs/bells bracket clock!! I won one at a good auction house in Edinburgh recently and paid in total about £2200 for it and it needs a full overhaul and even restored, but it's a belter: 10 bells, 5 gongs and 2 subsidiaries - a cracker.
