Same period lived Osho and he mocked JK several times. Just couple of decades passed. So we don’t know why prof thinks that JK will influence thousands of years. Buddha is the only philosopher and spiritual leader from our sub continent
Osho secretly copied J.K's teachings... Osho was attached to worldly things. J.K's teachings are timeless... It's been deeply researched by foreign governments.
The conversation is at a different level. It's very heartening to see this kind of discussion happening in Tamil. Philosophy is a very underrated subject. All the best.

I like JK’s philosophy. However one disturbing or contradictory living of JK in his personal life viz. his affair with Rosalind Rajagopal and his avoiding in making it public and marrying her publicly brings down his image/ stature as JK did not live up to his own fundas ( One can brush this entire episode as fake but truth is stark) . This is brought in the book” Lives in the shadow with JK “ of Radha Rajagopal. We are talking goody goody things of most philosophers without touching upon dark areas. Eg. Simon De Beaviour acting as go between college girls and Sartre. I am not against their affairs but commentators bringing out the hypocracy of greats. Gandhi stands out in this aspect as he was transparent.

Just live with it.There is no right or wrong , success or failure, happiness or sorrow.
