Otto Addo's experience is largely for under 19's he should start from the under 17's.Same should be done for Laryea Kingston and others .Any ghanain we want to take over the Black's Stars should prove themselves.For now the Black Stars needs someone who has a proven record like Herve Renard to fix the system for about 4 years.The whole GFA management needs a massive shakeup with the inclusion of a few Old Black star players in technical leadership.Black Stars can work again in the next 2 years if we take the tough decisions.
Why will you set up a criteria of selecting a coach,and still go against it.

This conflict of interest issue is so fundamental yet we can’t seem to even evaluate it yet alone eradicate it. This country is shameless.
