Whts difference between egophony and bronchphony Just ask them to say 99 and EE ???And look for muffled or clearer sound ??? Is it ri8
That's right! Both techniques are alternative ways of finding abnormalities in the lungs, like consolidation.
didn't realize nursing need to perform such palpation procedures.
These techniques are not commonly used but are vital to know.

Very helpful but for Egophony, the patient should have pronounced the vowel sound "e" not that of letter "E"Should have been more like "Eh"
Was going to comment on this - should the patient not be saying 'a', and it sounds like 'e' if abnormal?
