Armed Forces Day celebrations in Kimberley

Kimberley residents will be treated to an impressive public display by the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) - on Armed Forces Day.
Hundreds of troops will mark the commemoration of the sinking of the SS Mendi steamship in 1917.
Roads and some schools around the World War Memorial - where the celebrations will be held, will be closed.
SANDF treated residents to various events leading up to today's events, which included Armed Forces Day Fan Park.
