He really blamed his son for not saving Anna, yet they weren't even there to supervise, smh. I'm glad his mom was there for him and he found happiness later on in life. That ending though makes me happy and a little sad. :( Great vid!

This is why i hate parents
So his sister died, his dad blamed him the entire time, he suddenly left to go back to the place and find out what caused his sister to die, instead found a very pretty girl got to know her and fell in love with her. Then when he found out she was a mermaid, immediately accused her of being a creature that could have killed his sister. So she is just like " 'ight then." Memory wipes him, he leaves and falls in love with someone else, has a happy marriage, has grandkids, and just happens when he's an old man passes by Serena again on the beach and she's like "Oh hey, you're dying, instead of thinking about your family for the past 40 years, remember me?" And he does and then dies. Then sees Anna in heaven. What in the world? Why start so strongly with Anna and something dragging her underwater if that story line never gets cleared up? Its a good story that has too many things going on- and none of it finished?
I agree, I was actually expecting the "Forgotten Mermaid" to turn out to be his sister...

Okay I read a lot of comments about how everyone is confused about this story. I wrote it on purpose so that everyone could give their own interpretation. I've often thought of a part 2 but can't come up with the right storyline. Most of the time the stories pops up when I'm in the shower so who knows... Thank you for keeping my updated haha and the investment in my stories!

Ik this is just a sims short film but damnnnnn i cried at the end like forever. That was a sad/happy ending. Sheesh. Talk about tears.

@@StorySimmer een jaar geleden al weer dat je deze eerste THE FORGOTTEN MERMAID verrhaal lijn maakt heb hem net terug gekeken toen je me een bericht stuurde dat er een twee de deel van was ik ga hem nu kijken om te weten hoe het verder gaat want je verhalen zijn altijd super spannend en wil graag weten hoe ook deze sierie/ verhaal afloopt

uhm...huh? Im so confused. Why did you not make some sort of connection with Serena and anna? It would have made more sense, if something took her, there would not be a body to bury. If Anna was taken, she'd be a mermaid too. I liked it but i felt he should have asked Serena if she knew anything. With her being a mermaid, she could have found out if one of her kind drowned the girl or took her.

Great story! You've done a lot of ellipses but we understand the essence of the story! Too bad we don't know more about the mermaid who killed her sister. However, I just created a UA-cam channel and am trying to do sims 4 stories. And given the work that it requires, I can understand that you went to the essential ...
