    Foot pain = weak feet!
Did you know your feet can be trained like any other part of the body?
I use standing on one foot as one of the most basic, easiest ways to introduce someone to foot training.
Not only is it an incredible assessment, but it can also be used by all ages and all backgrounds to begin strengthening the body from the ground up.
See where you stand (no pun intended) with this drill, and begin stacking the physics in your favor to build more resiliency in one of the most neglected areas of the body.
The simplest solutions can often be the most powerful.
Included in Movementgems Elite is my Foot Freedom Program - which includes standing on one foot and many other fundamental foot strengthening exercises

That's not entirely true. I was diagnosed at the age of 9 with Sever's disease. I have a diminished arch in the bottom of my foot, and there is no way to grow more tendon in the bottom of my foot. This has been a lifelong struggle, and I now have plantar fasciitis and pain from that due to the lack of a strong enough tendon. Mind you, I played football in high school, baseball all the way from childhood all the way up until high school, and now I currently work out regularly throughout the week and run throughout the week.

I've noticed doing barefoot weighted ATG Split Squats for high reps my back foot is the first to give in. Such an amazing all-around exercise!

Do balance boards work those vertical lines you have on your calves? I love the way those muscles look and want to improve mine

I've got cavus foot (type 1) and hypermobility. That combined affects to my stability and, for example, my knees collapses whenever I do squats, even on bodyweight. Any recommendations? Thanks

Hi what’s the foot wedge you have on the step up when you’re doing the single leg barbell exercise?

Don't know if anyone would ask to the question. But I have FND, and I have big issues while walking (unbalance and weakness on one foot), do this exercises helps, in order to get a better stability and balance on foot ? due to my condition, I always have foot pain on my heel. I think that the video, for a certain way explains why. Maybe due to not proper foot steeps.
