E135 fault

Fault on Eachine RC helicopter 135. After unboxing the rotor blades would not rotate indicating an internal problem. No attempt to start the helicopter. Currently attempting to return to Bangood for rep[lacement but its a struggle getting them to understand the problem.

Currently trying to get Bangood to accept problem but they are making it difficult for me to obtain replacement
