Its compulsory to stay in that country for 54 months irrespective of holidays and vacations or emergency exiting the country ? 3. If we go to India during holidays, does that count towards our academic session? 4. Is there any immigration checking done while filling the form ?
3. Academic session counts but we were not on that country so it doesn't count to duration of stay of 54 months 4 forms to be filled by checking entry exit visas

If you received a compensation letter from university which says that you compansated all the missed class after coming back to your university then you will have 1 yr internship. Plz tell me. This 8 months online you did in india or you stayed there in your country only but had online? And the war thing. Did it happened in your final year. Means did you completed your final year offline fully or this 4 months online was during your final year?
He might have done his final year online or for some months of his final year online. Or he might have not presented the compansation letter of his missed practicals due to online classes.
I have a doubt... what if a student started his 5th year second sem online due to war and then due to visa issues the student could only travel to ukraine in the second sem of the final year.. i.e 6th year second sem .... and all exams were conducted offline and moreover university also has given compensation letter for the extra offline classes took against the online classes. It should be one year bro. But some state government says that 6th year 1 sem has been done online so 2 yrs but if you talk to them and show them all docs then they might consider it 1 year. But maximum states will say 1 year

There are other terms and conditions for compensation letter and it's acceptance.... Compensation letter concept was introduced by us in 2021 through AKFMA... When i graduated, i took it from University after consulting with various legal teams and our team and our senior fmg docs did gave guidance... Blindly in all circumstances it doesn't work... Just reminding that too...
If you did your 2nd and 3rd year online then no problem. As I showed in the video about that compansation letter. If you have that then no problem. 1 yr internship. As i said in the video. 2yr internship for those who gave their final year online plus their final degree exam also online.

Your course is of 5 years and you did your 5th year first semester online in india but gave the exam of 5th year 1st semester offline and did 5th year 2nd semester offline and internship offline. Am i correct?
@@animolmathew9569 brother i think it will be of 1 year bcz you have youe compensation letter plus you did your exams offline and intenship offline. But since your final year’s one semester study was online even if you gave the exam offline. It completely depends upon the state medical council. But most probably bcz of all the complete documentation and offline internship there is a high chance of 1 year internship only. You should download and take print of the drafts published by nmc which says only the final year should be 100% offline and in your case if they accept that your internship period is your final year then yes it will be 1 year only. Check description. All the pdf links are there. You also read it once so that you can also talk to them about it.

Months doesn’t matter. Right now what matters the most is 1. Do you have compensation letter of all the months you did online by staying in india. 2. Have you done your final year offline and passed final graduation exam offline and had your graduation 🧑🎓 ceremony completed?

You should download and take print of the drafts published by nmc which says only the final year should be 100% offline and in your case if they accept that your internship period is your final year then yes it will be 1 year only.

में चीन से mbbs कररहा हु 2019 बैच से । में 2020 की फरवरी में इंडिया वापिस आगया था covid के कारण 2023 की जनवरी में वापिस चीन आए उसके बीच में मेरी पढ़ाई ऑनलाइन हुई । चीन आने के बाद मेरी पढ़ाई ऑफलाइन शुरू होगई और इसमें मेरा फाइनल ईयर एंड प्रीफाइनल ईयर हाफ ऑफलाइन हुई। और मेरे जितने भी सब्जेक्ट ऑनलाइन हुए थे उनके प्रैक्टिकल यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफलाइन करवाए और मेरे पास उनके प्रैक्टिकल कंप्लीशन सर्टिफिकेट भी है। मुझे जानना है
- मुझे एक साल की इंटर्नशिप करनी पड़ेगी या दो साल की इंटर्नशिप
- अगर में चीन से इंटर्नशिप करता हु तो मध्यप्रदेश में मान्य होगी या नहीं
1. Agar last year offline hai aur online kiye hue years ka compansation kr liya university me jaa kar and unke papers hai tumhare pass then 1 year india me internship.
2. Haan MP me valid hai but india me FMGE pass krke 1 saal to internship karna hi hoga.

Tum bol rhe 4.9 years ka course hai. Matlab 5 saal ka course hai aur 4th year online kiye. Means 2nd last year ka 1 semester online hai. So MPMC wale most probably 2 saal bolenge karne.
Atleast compensation letter ya waisa agar possible ho to leke jaao and dikhao unko. Application submit kro. Dekho phir kya bolte wo…

1. Do you have compensation letter of all the months you did online by staying in india.
2. Have you done your final year offline and passed final graduation exam offline and had your graduation 🧑🎓 ceremony completed?

2. I have done both 5th and final year online but final exams offline they organised krok exam in india and no graduation ceremony nothing 😢 jus got my degree via agent and i cleared fmge jan2024

You are not affected for this rule. 54 month is for fmgl 21. This rule is applicable to candidate who has started study in 2021.
