Hi. Is it okay if i put chocolate chips in the loaf? How many minutes will i bake this in the oven? I also don't know the size of the bread pan to use.
@@theweatherisaokay4964 i have the same breadmaker but i noticed there's a difference in texture if baked in the bm vs in the oven and i want to try this recipe in the latter. For this recipe what size should be my bread pan and how long should i bake it in the oven?
@@areare361 I've never bake this in normal oven but you can bake this in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. The pan should be around our bread maker pan, slightly bigger or smaller should be ok.
Some method resulting in different texture and softness. Kneading dough develops and lengthens the gluten strands making the bread chewier and giving it more structure and a more define shape when it bakes. For a softer bread, you need to knead it less, this method only knead around 4 to five minutes each compared to longer kneading time on leavened dough setting resulting the bread are softer texture compared to white bread or pizza dough alike which the dough are being kneaded longer. I hope my answer helps. Thank you again for watching.🥰
I just bake it and taste is so soft and nice. Thanks for sharing this receipt. By the way, can you upload some gluten free bread recipe, I can’t find any recipe is suit me also taste is not nice. Thanks!
Glad your turned out nice too. I had made a few gluten free bread myself, but I'm not satisfied with the result. Will try again in the future until I get it right and worth to be post. Thank you again for watching 🥰
Hi ..it's me again ive tried your spiral choc bread and i've added choc chips n butterscotch chips to it..it was fantastic ..thanks for sharing..n i would like to ask u about this bread is it ok if i double the measurement in order to get 2 loaves..is it ok wth the BM i mean.
Glad your chocolate chips bread turned out great! Yes, you can this but try add 1 minute more to each kneading times, make it 5 minutes instead of 4. Thank you again for watching and happy baking!🥰
Im going to make this today..i want to make 2 loaves one for me n the other 1 for my mom .. n im going to double the mesurement..hopefully i will succeed.
Looking so yummy. You are posting lot of bread machine recipes. Very useful. I have a small doubt please reply. How much whea gluten I have to use for this? Sine I am unable to find bread flour.
For every cup, you need to take out 1 1/2 tsp flour and replace with 1 1/2 tsp wheat gluten. You will end with 1 cup flour. My next video will be using this method. It's a sandwich bread ( white bread ) but using all purpose flour with wheat gluten to make my own bread flour.
@@theweatherisaokay4964 Thanks a lot. My bread machine is vertical shape. How can I arrange this? Or without shaping can I bake it? (Straight away bread option)
@@rajithanaresh5647 You are welcome. you can still make them the way I made mine, but divide into 4 portions and fold a lil bit longer so that your bread will be slightly higher than mine. I've never bake before without folding it and you can try and let me know the result. By the way you should cut your ingredients to only 3/4 of total weight because your pan is slightly smaller than mine. Happy baking~~
Next I am trying this recipe, I am SO EXCITED about my newly bought breadmaker, I watch alllllllll your videos since the day I bought mine. I have seen ALOT of other videos about bread machine but yours are REALLY easy n inspiring
@@yasmeenmahmoodtariq7676 I was wondering if you ever tried making the bread using all purpose flour and tried adding corn or potato starch to the mix since you said bread flour isnt available AND why is bread flour not available there?
Wow Tq for all your awesome bread recipes using a BM. Learn a lot from your tutorial.

what is the use of pausing and resting for a couple times? why not use leavened dough instead?

I would be very useful for those viewers who can't get bread flour in their countries, if you make same recipes with all purpose flour
Try adding Vital wheat gluten to all purpose flour.
