Yep, and the one from the movie should be a nice voice for Raoh, but honestly every Raoh in English apart from this one either sounds like an old white dude performing shakesphere (the movie), Ocean Dub Captian Ginyu (Toei/Winkler Dub), or Elliot Hurse on depressants (Ten no Ho).
I Both hated and Loved it how Raoh could one shot you in any Time. This fight just felt good. And I miss it when in The Ken Rage 2 no one screams the signature techniques names
