The still shots in the beginning.. Is that where Rick Allen wrecked his Corvette? I know it was nearby to that recreational area.

They squeezed a stadium into a club.

That was one of my thoughts at the gig. Their sound was far bigger than the venue!

Def Leppard need no fake crowds (of course). I was not at this intimate gig, but they showed it on Veep live and for the following 24 hours for people like me who don't go to crowded places. Some people just buy tickets for gigs to say they have been, and they don't really know the bands. Maybe they like the atmosphere of live concerts. I have been a fan of Def Leppard since 1979, lucky enough to meet two band members at a local radio station. They were always so very driven, needing to get away from working in factories and the grimness of Sheffield, they were always meant to be BIG. I continue to be very proud of them, of how far they have come.

I 100% agree!!! There is no need for any 'extra' crowd atmosphere. I have no idea why for the past few years the production of these shows includes it, well that's not strictly true.... i do know why. They do it to enhance the show. It needs to stop. As for the rest of your post these guys deserve everything they have earned. From nothing to millionaires and they wanted it so much. I have had dealings with some bands who went on to be famous who were much the same. There is another UK band called Tailgunner... they are very similar.
