@@TBDfilesLalit_kalyan okk. As far as I know, grease pencil can't glow, can't cast shadow as well. I may be wrong. But, to work around you can add an actual mesh, and do the same.
@@TBDfilesLalit_kalyan also you can add a mesh object and set the grease pencil as the parent, then add emission to the object. This will make it look like a part of the grease pencil drawing and still have glow

Sir can you explain about glow effect in grease pencil, it is working opposite, I don't know wy
change Surface in material properties to Emission, increase the strenght to 10 or above. and tick bloom in render properties.
