His Excellency, Dr.Said Al Rubaiei, please accept my deepest gratitude for such a beautiful message. Many congratulations to you for becoming the pioneer Vice- Chancellor of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences. We being part of this prestigious university retrieve our commitment to work on His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed ( Late) and His Majesty Sultan Haitam bin Tariq Al Said's vision for a prosperous and inspiring tomorrow of our students.
